Hello I wish for there to be a more natural ladder for National Dex mode that enables almost every Pokémon and strategy with only the following clauses...
1. Item Clause
2. Infinite Battle Clause
3. Species Clause
Open OverUsed would allow most Pokémon and most strategies to be used, and there would be no rating-based matchmaking; instead, players are matched at random against any other team in queue for battle in the tier, and the rating would be based off a mix of battle performance (number of opposing Pokemon KO'd) and battle successes one after another (chains of successes).
