However no matter what you do you shouldn't come in on hippowdon as you are risking a toxic, putting you on a fast timer for breaking this core.

Item slot can be either salac or waterium depending on the HO you built and what it needs. 4th move can be anything out of the 3 since it's just for slowbro but imo energy ball has the most use since it also hits opposing fat waters. Ofc the other moves have it's own merits. both the other moves hits mega latias, with shadow ball scoring against shedinja and signal beam hitting some grass types quite hard while negating attempts from hoopa unbound to get a free turn in sack wars since it's great special bulk means it can even take a +3 surf, with the z needed to OHKO it at +3.
