TL DR Sample submission! https://pokepast.es/0b81840c8e4d647e
I have a modernized Rain HO team that I've compiled with the help of others via the Nat Dex discord. I've been learning the game with this and I can honestly say it's really helped a lot along with the advice gathered from experienced players. It got me to 1400 on ladder which I know isn't particularly impressive but, it's something. I of course intend to make another for when terra's get banned because, I'm sure they will. Peli is mostly the same and I run cane over scald because it ohkos Kart. I have iron head on sped invested ferro to deal with Kyurem which is still a sketchy matchup unfortunately but, it's in your odds just slightly. The t-wave, chople berry combo is there to cripple valiant and take a focus blast in return. This also works for any other speed control mon with a fighting type attack. Rocks is ran over flip turn on pert due to the addition of two other mons with moves generating momentum, those being torn T and regi E! Torn runs z move fb with nasty plot and u-turn while Regi abuses the famously unresisted electric ice combo with terra blast Ice. lastly we have shifu R which uses it's normal sd set. The only issue here is that shifu and regi kinda fight over terra since terra water on +2 surging strikes in rain does a pretty unfair amount of damage. Despite this, it's still nice to at least have options for certain scenarios or calcs. If any mods of this page feels that any adjustments should be made, I'll update the poke-paste link. Thank you for the consideration!
Oh my bad, I didn't realize there was one for gen 9. You have the link to it?This is the gen 8 bazaar

FIRST!!!!!!!!!!!! My favorite ho to use when I irregularly play this tier
SECOND!!! totally not very basic team but pretty good anyway
A simple and fun team built around tapu koko volt switch and weavile pursuit to help support mega medicham
kinda wacky rillazone offence that i’ve been able to have a good amount success with.
rain i used in a pl that have also have had good success with on ladder and roomtours
Evs can be tweaked as I made this at 2 AM. This team is inspired by a reuiniclus set invented by fade in ORAS OU, and used by London Beats and some of his mates in other tournaments.
Twave knock reuiniclus is great at crippling threats, while switching into threats such as lopunny and medicham(2 of the best fighters in the tier). I'm able to use Life Orb clef,(for the record I think it's overrated) with evs to always OHKO fast gliscor with ice Beam at full after my life orb is knocked. Rest is rounded out by standard Spikes role compression.
look guys teams of varied quality!
GRODON TRStrong webs offence centered around saccing weavile/victini for chip vs fini/clef/pex to secure ez wincon with kommo-o
GKING FINI SCIZStandardish TR with my boi>

CLOYSTER MEGA CHOMP SUNSCREENSOne of my favourite balancey/BO teams (WOW i actually built a BO) I just felt comofrtable switching around with this core and it didnt seem too passive for my playstyle
Built this to try and cheese with weather ball cloyster + Mega chomp with screens and sun support was an easy break vs common corv/pex/mega scizor structures
gna show the stuff i built for ss nd cup which i unfort got knocked out of by r2 while also not being able to play r1 since they didnt show up on time and i had a busy day alongside a pretty annoying loss that i had in the bag in g2 but im over it
just some fat with some underrated stuff like ice fang gliscor (which was good into a lot of teams they brought). i like koko a lot on these fatter structures since theres always that (reasonable!) fear of stuff like sd weavile or kartana or even zardy being able to break you down and this kinda keeps you safe from getting utterly smoked for the most part, the 40 hp evs are huge for cutting down on annoying rolls like being able to guaranteed live a gliscor eq or having a super slim chance of living a heatran ep, kinda turning it almost into an adv gar of sorts where it can just take on almost any one hit and hit hard in return and mess stuff up with status, although its easier to switch into than that
this is much simpler, i just threw some basic kokomaw bo together, cause its good into um everything ever whether it be the bulky stuff they used a lot in this format or the other more offensive stuff i saw from them, i probably couldve even used a sample and idt much would change but i am not Sample Sam
never mind i am Sample Sam. but also i saw them spamming the same stall 6-0d by sub pert since their only water resist was pex and only other recourse was ditto which cant copy pokes behind sub
WOW i use ferrothorn a lot. which is a good thing because its a good pokemon anyways i forget why i felt it was necessary for me to use this, again its nothing special just a vile + lop team which is a good duo into the offense teams they used a lot, oh wait yeah now i remember that was why i used this
argh this pisses me off so much cause i had something really nice into exactly the team that they brought but i turned off my brain and started clicking even though i had an obvious riskless move i couldve made even late into the game that wouldve guaranteed me the win, but eh shouldve wouldve couldve are a fools last words so. anyways toxic protect heatran in sand is impossible to switch into on offense teams besides their own heatran but mtar ruins heatran so yea, plus until the set is revealed you do NOT wanna be chucking tran into tran. i was gonna run scald on shifu because like when r u clicking aqua? and burn is broken but i ultimately decided aqua jet would be the move (which ironically completely left my mind when it mattered the most) and cm thunder clef loves heatran being chipped and can pressure it further which is just great so yeah i like this team i just piloted it terribly
i didnt test this even though its like slightly unconventional for all its worth, a pixiespam + weavile combination on a chansey offense just isnt a common thing at all, but i like it, wish i couldve used it
I Love This Guy! (i think leech np celebi honestly has the potential to be fairly threatening but its prob just not worth it. sad! also i didnt bring this or plan on doing so obv)
https://pokepast.es/eb42f261bf9369edNow I was building for NDWC but then I, for some reason I can't remember, managed to do 0 tryouts lmao so here we go
https://pokepast.es/9266e19ffba77c65Standard stall 6, works well in basically most mus
https://pokepast.es/144fc9ac1acba5acFunni Eterrain I built, prob wasnt that good as it was still in p early building phase but could be good I feel
I love this team ngl, standard weav mlati stuff, normal team
Just a few of the teams I made here, I can't really be bothered to send them all lmao

A highly offensive team
Hoopa-Unbound and Rillaboom provide constant physical pressure and grassy terrain healing, supported by Landorus-T as a quick pivot. Diancie-Mega provides special coverage and prevents entry hazards with Magic Bounce. Heatran lays down Rocks while threatening Fairies and Steels, while Rotom-Wash provides Defog and defensive support against physical threats. The team handles large physical Pokémon with Will-o'-the-Wisp.
