I don't even know if Bo even plays Pokémon, but I'm terribly uncreative when it comes to naming shit so whatever.
The names are taken from the names Bo's friends and gaming buddies. The Pokémon do not reflect the personalities or opinions I have of these people. I merely went with whatever paired well. Don't read into it too much.
This team consists of a very bulky Amoongus/Maltaria/Celesteela defensive core and a Urshifu/Rhyperior Dual Band offensive. Despite how that sounds, having two very powerful physical breakers practically halts any attempt to sweep my team (either with Rhyperior's bulk or Urshifu's utility) Capable of walling most mons and capable of eliminating most threats, these cores won me tons of battles by either A.) Overwhelming their wall breakers immediately or B.) Dragging my feet in the mud and stalling out the game until the wall breakers submit. Games are either easily in my favor, or down to the wire. Rarely is there an absolute team wipe, even if I blunder.

Swimmy (Urshifu-Rapid-Strike) @ Choice Band
Ability: Unseen Fist
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Surging Strikes
- Aqua Jet
- U-turn
Urshifu's not really the type of mon to take lead in my opinion. I use it as either a quick pivot to help beat walls, or as a last resort option incase someone like Nihilego stirs up trouble with meteor beam. I'm pretty sure this set is the recommended set for Urshifu so I'll just give the short version: CC forces out annoying dark types like Krookodile, Surging Strikes kills those fat walls like Hippo or Rhyperior, Aqua Jet is specifically a response to Nihilego to stop it from cutting down half my team, and U-turn is to deal damage on Slowking or other walls that Rhyperior can deal with. It also helps recover from a bad switch in.

ISP (Amoonguss) (M) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 168 Def / 88 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Spore
- Hidden Power [Fire]
So this set is legit taken from the Smogon Dex but there's a slight difference (HINT: it's a synonym for untapped potential). That's right, it's HP Fire. This is a more direct way of dealing with those pesky steel types like Scizor, or Skarmory after they've been given a bit of those sleepy drugs. Everything else is typical Amoongus shenanigans. Yada yada, Amoonguss was getting "Giga Drained" by your mother last night and he gave her his "Sludge Bomb" if you know what I mean. You should all know how the Shroom works if you've played any old gen OU or UU.

Golden Spatula (Altaria-Mega) (M) @ Altarianite
Ability: Pixilate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Roost
- Hyper Voice
- Draco Meteor
- Flamethrower
An important thing about Maltaria that makes him potent is that he's a mixed attacker. This can make him relatively unpredictable when it comes to offence. Giving Maltaria investment to HP shores up both his defenses and makes him into a decent wall. Roost is there to tangle with other walls to and to give him some reliable recovery to fix his stealth rocks weakness. Hyper Voice is so I can hit stuff like Urshifu or Krookodile, while Flamethrower is to bait in steel types and hit them hard. Draco Meteor is to deal with hard walls or get reliable kills against other BO archetypes.

Bokoen (Celesteela) @ Leftovers
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 HP / 128 Atk / 124 Def / 4 SpD
Brave Nature
- Leech Seed
- Protect
- Fire Blast
- Heavy Slam
Ok so right off the bat, I know that this set is wonky but trust me, it gets the job done. Leaning towards physical wall, seed stall is nothing that hasn't been seen before and gets consistent chip damage against mons. Fire Blast gets kills on mons like Aegislash (3KO) and Scizor, while Heavy Slam is used to force out Maltaria.
Fire Blast was chosen over Flamethrower because if I'm running 0 evs into SpA, then I need power.

Braun (Rhyperior) (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Solid Rock
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Heavy Slam
- Heat Crash
- Stone Edge
Rhyperior takes wall breaking to a new level. With it's sheer power combined with Choice Band, it becomes one of the most threatening mons in the meta. Nobody (not even physical walls) wants to switch into a stab Earthquake or Stone Edge since it just guarantees that they'll lose at least half their health, unless they're resistant walls. Rhyperior checks top tier mons such as Amoongus, Scizor, Maltaria, Aegislash; the list continues and trust me, it's a long list. EQ and Stone Edge are dual stab that hits most Pokémon for major damage, Heavy Slam is to OHKO Maltaria, and Heat Crash is to eliminate Scizors that think they're safe to build on Rhyperior.

College (Mandibuzz) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Heat Wave
- Toxic
- Defog
- Roost
Mandibuzz was originally a Rotom-Wash for utility but I thought it's Hydro Pumps and Will-o-Wisps were too inconsistent to keep. Buzz is a lot more bulkier and carries reliable recovery in Roost. Heat Wave is to kill Steel and Grass walls, Toxic is to break walls that have too much bulk for Rhyperior to deal with, and Defog is so the rest of the team can safely switch into threats, while helping prolong the game when I'm in a losing situation.
Checks

Zeraora
While it's manageable during the endgame, it can cripple my sets and deal damage fairly easily to all my mons. Rhyperior has the most trouble against this, which is weird because Rhyperior is the only direct check to it. The issue arises when Zeraora proceeds to ruin my Rhyperior by knocking off its Band, which severely limits its capabilities as a wall breaker.

Manectric
Most notably, Manectric with HP Grass. It can 2KO or OHKO most of my team with Tbolt, Overheat, or HP Grass. Luckily, at Rhyperior can bulk a HP Grass at full HP, but if Rhyperior has already taken damage, the defense against it is shaky at best.

Stall
If my wallbreakers fail to eliminate their physical core, then the game will be dragged into about 50+ turns but stall wins eventually.

Webs HO
Making my only fast wall breaker slower than molasses is such a major crutch. it's easy to get overwhelmed if you're not careful.
