Natures and Poffins

Finally, Nintendo has made feeding the Poffins (PokeBlocks in Sinnoh) to the right Pokemon easier. Nintendo, with the new game, now includes what kind of food the Pokemon likes to eat. However, some may wonder what kind of natures can cause what kind of food tastes. So, through careful observation, I have found the link between natures and Poffins.

Spicy Poffins - Boosts Cool Stat
-Natures Associated: Lonely, Brave, Adament, Naughty (+ATK)

Sour Poffins - Boosts Tough Stat
-Natures Associated: Bold, Relaxed, Impish, Lax (+DEF)

Sweet Poffins - Boosts Cute Stat
-Natures Associated: Timid, Hasty, Jolly, Naive (+SPD)

Dry Poffins - Boosts Beauty Stat
-Natures Associated: Modest, Mild, Quiet, Rash (+SpATK)

Bitter Poffins - Boosts Smart Stat
-Natures Associated: Calm, Gentle, Sassy, Careful (+SpDEF)

"Happily Eats Anything"
-Natures Associated: Hardy, Docile, Serious, Bashful, Quirky (Neutral)

Just in case anyone wants to find out which Pokemon to use for the contests and which might be easier for getting the scarf items for.

How, then, do you get bold Milotic to evolve if it doesn't like Sour poffins? Must you use berries that boost both stats?

Milotic needs Dry Poffins, not Sour ones.
If it doesn't like a flavour, it will just get a smaller boost from it. I think it's possible to evolve a -Sp.Atk Feebas Poffins made from Pamtre Berries.
