Gen 3 Nautical Underwear(NU)

I decided that I was going to post one more nu RMT and then move on to a UU team. Anyway, this team is NU stall.

Kecleon-Choice Band
Color Change
Adamant
236hp/252Atk/20SpD/
Return
Brick Break
Protect
Trick

A CB lead is always cool, especially when it can trick. It's attacks hit everything in the metagame for neutral, and Protect is for scouting after a trick. I can replace Protect, as it is mainly a filler. It also screws over lead Plusles. I think I can get a better lead though. I was going to lead with Roselia but I don't feel comfortable with that. If you guys think I should, then I'm going to replace this and make Rosy lead.

Roselia-Leftovers
Natural Cure
Bold
252hp/40Def/216SpD
Rest
Spikes
Magical Leaf
HP Fire

This is obviously my spiker. I prefer it over Glalie because of Natural Cure and the free healing. It survives 2 modest Plusle HP Ice if they even have it, and the rest of the EVs are defense. This probably won't leave any time soon.

Relicanth-Leftovers
Swift Swim
Adamant
252hp/40Atk/216Def
Substitute
Protect
Earthquake
HP Rock/Toxic

I really like the idea of this because it has 101 subs to survive Seismic Tosses and it has the potential to keep a sub up through many physical attacks. I need some help deciding on the last move. Maybe I could ditch protect and run both? I think I'm gonna run Toxic over HP Rock, help me decide!

Torkoal-Leftovers
White Smoke
Bold
196hp/188Def/60SpA/64SpD
Flamethrower
Toxic
Rest
Sleep Talk

THis thing is a monster. It can take any physical hit(in NU) and rest off the damage. Toxic works well with Flamethrower. It's also my main sunnybeam counter. The SpD helps it take Solarbeams and HP Fires better since its Spd is lackluster.

Chimecho-Leftovers
Levitate
Bold
196hp/Def/96SpA/16SpD/200Def
Toxic
Psychic
Reflect
Calm Mind

Provides Reflect support, which every NU team needs, and has a pretty strong psychic. It also helps spread toxic around for Relicanth to stall with if I choose to use HP Rock over Toxic.

Whiscash-Leftovers
Oblivious
Relaxed
156hp/32Atk/176 Def/48SpA/96SpD
Earthquake
Surf
Ice Beam
Toxic

I just noticed this thing is like a NU Swampert. Except it doesn't counter almost everything. It can survive 2 adamant Pidgeot returns after leftovers recovery and take 1 Plusle HP Grass. It does add a 2nd 4x grass weakness, but I think im comfortable with it with Roselia and Torkoal. This is probably the pokemon I'm most willing to replace.

This particular team follows the Smogon tier, so keep this in mind while you guys are (hopefully) rating.

My only problem with this kecleon, is that after it loses its CB, its pretty much nothing to the team, if you wanted to make it something you could Either give it Toxic>protect or Counter>protect, and some defensive-ish EVs. (or if you wanted to be an ass you can put toxic AND protect, with one over Brick break.)

Works, You could Switch HP fire with some sort of status, more toxic or Stun spore would work.

Sub And protect are pretty redundant, This is the Relicanth i use on my team, HP rock/EQ/Protect/Toxic. You can keep sub, but you should pick either or.

Fine, but i would put HP grass>toxic. Toxic on a Sleep talker is ehh... HP grass will help you kill waters switching in (most have rest or Lum berry, and will either set up rain dance or just surf), as it will happen very often.

Pretty standard, but if i you wanted to be cool you could put Yawn over calm mind. This helps phaze or sleeps something. And also makes them take spike damage. You also dont have a Phazer, which is important on a stall team.

Plulse eats a good third of this team, You may want a Special wall with Roar or Whirlwind to abuse spikes, or just switch this for something that can hurt, like pidgeot or raticate, Or your own plusle. You could even get Minun in here for Pseudo and Wish passing, this will help stalling too.

This particular team follows the Smogon tier, so keep this in mind while you guys are (hopefully) rating.

You would have trouble agaisnt teams with Stat-ups because you cant phaze them, and most of them will sub, making toxic useless. You may want to be careful of Rain dancers(Huntail is rediculously strong for an nu) Huntail can probably 2hko everything on this team OHKOing Half of it. So you could solve most of these problems with Minun or Noctowl. But overall pretty solid.

Idk. Keckleon with Trick usually turns into one of those utility Pokemon. Maybe Something like Thunder Wave fits better over Protect. Try a bulkier spread. Keckleon won't be dishing out that much damage outside of Return without its Choice Band.

Probably better of with Leech Seed over Rest. There are a set of scenarios I could use to back me up, but for the sake of simplcity, Roselia's low HP allows large amount of HP restoration without having to switch out next turn. Consider HP Ice for flying types on the switch.

Just put Toxic or Double-Edge over Protect and you're good to go.

You can go ahead and Max HP. I hate this set with a passion.

Might need a Thunder/Thunderbolt somewhere to handle Crawdaunt and Huntail, which are doing a good amount of damage to the team. Aside from that, I think you need a true CBer or a real offensive monster (Though you are using Smogon tiers, Seviper would be an example, to prove my point) and/or a phazer to force more switches over Spikes. Otherwise Roselia becomes dead weight.

Well, Kecleon can sort of Deal with Crawdaunt, but not effectively. Speaking of, You could put that over Kecleon. Knock off helps on a stall team. Furret might be a better option though, even pidgeot. On my stall team i use Trapinch, gets rid of reversal/flail/endeavors, and some walls.
