Strong setup sweepers like Primal Groudon, Arceus-Ground, and Mega Salamence can take advantage of the openings that Pheromosa creates.

Strong setup sweepers like Double Dance Primal Groudon as Phero is more of a balance-BO option it'd want bulkier PDon sets, there's multiple setup variants, so just name dropping it does the job given the context here, it also takes less space so that's a bonus, Arceus-Ground, and Mega Salamence can take advantage of the openings Pheromosa creates.
