NDCL I is a team tournament replacing the formerly hosted National Dex Blind Draft, featuring teams of 8 in an auction-style format. Furthermore, NDCL I represents several affiliated tiers from usage-based tiers in 3x SV ND OU, SV ND UU, and SV RU, alongside accompanied national-dex other tiers in Doubles, Draft, Monotype, and Ubers. In this thread, you will find all administrative decisions and announcements regarding the National Dex Champions League I.
