Reminders:

• Each team will have a minimum of 14 players. The players are bought using 140k credits the managers receive for the auction.
• The winning team of NDPL V will win a custom avatar.
• Replays will be mandatory for the duration of the tournament.
• Managers may self-buy, and newly in NDPL V, it will be decided by a formula based off prior NDPL performance. The formula is as follows:
  Manager Self-Buy Formula

  ((<higher of last price in NDPL and 10000> + 10000 + 3000 * <number of wins in last played NDPL> - 1000 * <numbers of losses in last played NDPL>) / 2) + 500* <If player has played in past 2 NDPLs consecutively, number of wins in NDPL from 2 editions prior to the current one>
  
  *If output is under 10000, the result will automatically be rounded up to 10000.
  
  *If a manager intends to self-buy, but has never played an NDPL prior, their value will be set at a fixed 16000.
• Trades will not be permitted in this tournament.

Flames Of Elixir displayed toxic behaviour towards their teammates in NDPL while on the Shiesty Shell Smashers. As a result, Flames Of Elixir will be sold back from NDPL V. Shiesty Shell Smashers have selected Dorron as their replacement player.
