RE: sayyonara

Upon checking, it was found that sayyonara is ineligible to play for Brazil and will not be allowed to do so. Further action may be taken against them as deemed appropriate. Brazil has chosen Mik3ymon as their replacement.

RE: Shadow Tag in Doubles

Shadow Tag was banned from NDDOU, but since this happened after the week came out. It will remain legal in NDDOU for the rest of Week 1 of NDWC, and will be illegal starting from Week 2. Continue to build and challenge in NDDOU on smogtours.
