need BPing help. . .(BPing questions)

I've been thinking of using a BPer on my team (not as a whole team strat, but just one guy to pass on). Just had some things I'd like to have cleared up:

1. Does Taunt have a modifier that makes the user go first or last?

2. Can Taunt be prevented by Taunt?

3. Does Taunt bypass Subs?

4. Other than Umbreon and Vaporeon, who passes subs really well? I've been thinking about Driftblim but abit worried about CBAero and CBvile's. Can a CBAero's Stone Edge or CBviles Night Slash OHKO this guy?

5. How well is Smeargle as a BPer in an OU or BL enviroment?

Taunt is a normal attack. So no.
2. Can Taunt be prevented by Taunt?
Yes

Yes

Thanks for the speedy response seph! I found the article very useful despite it being in ADV (it gives some good advice that still pertains in D/P). I don't think I'd risk a full BP team though (too risky IMO), but it does give me good ideas.

Didn't know Smeargle could survive fairly well. . .huh. . .learn something new everyday. . .

Oh, one more question though. . .when the BPed poke comes in are they affected by Stealth Rocks/Spikes/Poison Spikes?
