Pelipper @ Damp Rock
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Relaxed Nature
- Surf
- U-turn
- Roost
- Knock Off
Rain setter and physical wall. U-turn to pivot out after switch-ins. Can do decent damage with surf in the rain and can heal up against physical attackers with neutral/ineffective moves
Goodra-Hisui @ Assault Vest
Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 100 Atk / 56 Def / 100 SpA / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Body Press
- Draco Meteor
- Flash Cannon
- Sludge Wave
Special wall and used to switch into grass moves used against the water types on my team. Can retaliate well with STAB Dracos and Flash Cannons. Assault vest for bonus defense
Barraskewda @ Choice Band
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Close Combat
- Liquidation
- Aqua Jet
- Flip Turn
Pretty self-explanatory here, rain sweeper with swift swim. Able to pivot out of unfavorable matchups with flip turn. I feel like having three water attacks is sometimes a detriment to the set overall, and I should probably give him more coverage?
Greninja @ Choice Specs
Ability: Protean
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Surf
- Dark Pulse
- Ice Beam
- Sludge Wave
Good and fast wallbreaker that has good coverage and can hit pretty hard with STAB and rain boosted surfs. Able to 2HKO Pokemon like Excadrill and T-Tar. Choice specs for added damage
Metagross @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 160 Atk / 96 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Heavy Slam
- Psychic Fangs
- Knock Off
- Bullet Punch
Good bulky attacker that can handle threats like Ogerpon-C and Latios. Heavy slam is a good stab move that hits most Pokemon pretty hard. Leftovers for HP recovery as well as the natural bulk feels good. Maybe add stealth rocks?
Kilowattrel @ Life Orb
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Air Slash
- Thunder
- Volt Switch
- Roost
The switch-in for incoming electric attacks against Pelipper, Barraskewda and Greninja. Able to outspeed a decent amount of non-scarfed Pokemon and hit hard with 100% accurate Thunders in rain and Air Slashes. Life Orb boosted as well. Also able to pivot out of bad matchups.
Just looking for tweaks or advice on the Pokemon, moves, abilities and whatnot. LOOKING TO AVOID USING LEGENDARIES. Any advice would be helpful!
