Hey guys, I need help building a good team. I have a group of different options that I'll list in a minute. My friend who currently runs a rain stall team built a team for me, but I couldn't get past his rain team at all. Here is the team he built for me:
Gengar: Timid, Focus Sash
Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, Psychic, Energy Ball
Scizor: Adamant, Choice Band
Bullet Punch, U-Turn, Superpower, Pursuit
Latios: Timid, Expert Belt
Psyshock, Ice Beam, Surf, Energy Ball
Dragonite: Adamant, Leftovers
Dragon Dance, Extremespeed, Earthquake, Ice Punch
Jirachi: Timid, Leftovers
Calm Mind, Psyshock, Thunder, Energy Ball
Swampert: Adamant, Leftovers
Stealth Rock, Earthquake, Ice Punch, Hammer Arm
In theory, the team should have worked, having Swampert as my setup/lead, having Scizor/Dragonite/Latios to switch in to eachother to take hits effectively, and having Jirachi and Gengar as my main killers. However, this was not so, at least against his rain stall team. Here is a list of the rest of my options:

Zapdos: Timid
Volt Switch, Heat Wave, Hidden Power (water), Signal Beam
Raikou: Timid

Fire Blast, Solar Beam, Ancient Power, Air Slash
Entei: Adamant
Extremespeed, Flame Charge, Bulldoze, Stone Edge
Umbreon: Bold, Leftovers
Toxic, Mean Look, Moonlight, Double Team
Celebi: Modest, Life Orb
Thunder Wave, Leaf Storm, Psychic, Recover
Latias: Timid
Calm Mind, Psyshock, Ice Beam, Recover
Suicune 1: Relaxed
Calm Mind, Ice Beam, Hidden Power (electirc), Air Slash
Suicune 2: Bold

I know thats a lot to work with, but I couldn't figure out a good team, and I don't wanna go on wifi and have a poorly built team. The only thing I ask is that if anyone can help, please find a way to fit my Gengar into any team. I have had it since Diamond and its been my main poke ever since R/B/Y. Anyways, I appreciate anyones help, and hope to play you guys on wifi. Thank you for your help.
