Need help getting through the E4

This isn't a RMT, if it were, you'd see it in the RMT part of this forum. Anyway, I've tried 7 times (and failed) to beat the E4 with this team, and I need somebody to tell me what the heck I'm doing wrong.

My team:

Yawn

I'm sure that you guys are going to say "replace this with X" or "this team is horrible" which is why these are two alternatives I've considered.

Magmortar level 50
Flamethrower
Psychic
Hyper Beam
Solar Beam

Electivire Level 50
Thunderpunch
Ice Punch
Cross Chop
Earthquake


In the E4 itself, there's only 3 people I have trouble with: Cynthia, the Psychic guy and the fire guy.


Anybody have tips/hints that will help me out?

Overcoming the Elite Four is not a difficult task, by the way. Carry plenty Revives and Hyper Potions and you should be fine.
