Need help in the planning stages of my new team

So far I just have the pokemon and their attacks. I could probably think up some EV's, but I don't want to do that until I have the pokemon & attacks ironed out.

So, I've always been interested in baton passing, so I decided I would make a team revolving around it. Of course, a hazer would probably throw the whole team off, so I was wondering if anyone could offer tips on what I could do to counter/prepare for that threat.

Here's what I have so far:

Ninjask (Leader)
Protect
Swords Dance
Baton Pass
X-Scissor

Scizor
Baton Pass
X-Scissor
Brick Break
Swords Dance

Togekiss
Air Slash
Nasty Plot
Baton Pass
Tri-Attack

Mr. Mime
Baton Pass
Psychic
Hypnosis
Thunderbolt

Arcanine and Kingdra are kind of "add-ons" to the above. I'm sure I could add some better pokes. Arcanine is included for Extremespeed and a fire-type move. Kingdra for Ice/Water/Dragon. I know that I'm lacking ground/rock moves, so some suggestions on that front would be appreciated.

Arcanine
Extremespeed
Flare Blitz
Crunch
Will-O-Wisp

Kingdra
Ice Beam
Surf
Rain Dance
Dragon Pulse

I'm not too knowledgeable about Baton pass teams, but I'll tell you what I know. If you are going for a baton pass team, you will want something with ingrain (preferably smeargle) Use substiute on ninjask over protect as it can be passed, and it allows you to set up swords dance if they do not attack. Something with taunt would also be nice, possibly gliscor. Finally, there's a reason that nobody uses arcanine.

Hope this helps

Granted this is from RS, but http://www.smogon.com/rs/articles/baton_pass will probably help out a lot more than anyone here will as you seem to need to get the basics and foundations down. With that guide, at least you'll start at with a competent team, and then you'll be able to modify it for DP's needs, such as to slap a extra Lum Berry here or there, or if you perhaps want to lay down some Stealth Rock to prevent Focus Sash. Good luck dude. =/
