Need Help With Doubles Ubers/ VGC Team

Hello! I am currently peaking at around 1500 with this team and cannot seem to climb any further. What improvements should I make, without compromising the core idea of the team? The main two that I am willing to swap out are Chandelure and Diance. Thanks in advance!

Sia (Chandelure) (F) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Flash Fire
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA
Quiet Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe

- Shadow Ball
Chandelure is meant to be a counter to fire types with the ability flash fire. This completely shuts down combos that involve Char Gmax. Other than that, it is mainly support.
The EVs are to help it survive attacks (alongside the focus sash), and the SpA is so that it can OHKO with Burning Jealousy threats such as Venusaur and Amoongus, as well as do damage to Zacian-Crowned and Melmetal.

Allay (Mew) @ Mental Herb
Ability: Synchronize
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD

- Ally Switch
- Trick Room
- Brutal Swing
Mew's main ability to is lead with Necrozma Dusk Mane and set up the trick room. Mew also serves to help its ally survive longer in battle using Ally Switch.
The HP + SpD is used so it can be very bulky, allowing me to use it to tank hits for Necrozma/ Calyrex Ice.
Brutal Swing exists so that I can proc Necrozma's WP.

Goop (Melmetal) @ Air Balloon
Ability: Iron Fist
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Double Iron Bash
- Darkest Lariat
- Thunder Punch
- High Horsepower
Melmetal is mandatory for trick room teams imo. Has insane damage, slower than most pokemon aside from Amoongus, and has a decent amount of bulk due to the steel typing.
Double Iron Bash is the main source of damage, Darkest Lariat is to deal with Calyrex Shadow, Thunder Punch is to help with Kyogre and Yveltal, and High Horsepower is to kill Volcanion and deal massive damage to Zacian.

Pink Diamond (Diancie) @ Life Orb
Ability: Clear Body
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 132 Def / 124 SpD
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Diamond Storm
- Gyro Ball
- Body Press
- Trick Room
Diance is a pseudo-supportive pokemon on the team, acting as a backup trick roomer/ a way to deal a lot of damage to common threats.
252 Atk is so that Diamond Storm can OHKO Char, Incin, Ho-Oh and Volcanion. Defense and SpD is used to allow it to survive neutral damaging moves (primarily Astral Barrage) at over half HP.
Trick room exists as a failsafe if Necrozma and Mew faint, Body Press and Gyro Ball coverage and Diamond Storm is the main attack move.

Juan (Calyrex-Ice) @ Babiri Berry
Ability: As One (Glastrier)
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Glacial Lance
- High Horsepower
- Seed Bomb
- Protect
Calyrex Ice is another mainstay in terms of trick room teams. Serves as the 2nd major attacker. Babiri Berry is used to surviving Behemoth Blade
The attack stat allows it to OHKO all major flying types, Gastrodon, and deal min 50% to a bulky Kyogre.
Glacial Lance is the main attacking move, High Horsepower is to check Zacian, Seed Bomb is to check Kyogre, Protect is to allow for some amount of survivability.

Rawr X3 (Necrozma-Dusk-Mane) @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Trick Room
- Earthquake
- Sunsteel Strike
- Night Slash
Necrozma Dusk-Mane is used as the primary starter in tandem with Mew. They serve as the hardest-hitting attacker, a check for Zacian, a check for Calyrex Shadow and a check for every common fairy type.
HP is to help it survive Astral Barrage, Atk is to OHKO Calyrex Shadow/ deal 70%-80% to Zacian.
Trick room is also used to guarantee 90% of matches at the start to get it up as without it, I am basically screwed.
 
I've used bulky sash twice now, I don't think it makes sense on your Chandelure, though. Mew should be -atk. To reduce Brutal Swing damage to NDM. Lastly NDM should maybe have Shadow Claw rather than Night Slash. To lower the relevant Def in w/ the max move.

I think you should use a more common fire move than burning jealousy. You have clear smog to remove boosts, you don't need to try to burn boosters too imo.

But nvm that, just use Volcaion or something over Chandelure. You have nothing that takes Ogre's Spout well.
