Need help with my team

I have an OU team, but it could be greatly improved, and I'm wondering if I could have some help and pokemon suggestions

Here's my team:

Lucario - Lucarionite
Evs- 252 attack, 252 speed, 4 HP (hasty)
- power up punch (very useful when used after a switch in on a low health Pokemon and KO it. Gives a free boost)
- close combat (very powerful and decrease in def makes no difference to the already frail Lucario)
- Earthquake (great for extra coverage against certain types like fire)
- metal claw (fairy coverage and stab, and is the best physical steel move I can get)

Lucario's a very useful pokemon with good coverage. Once mega-evolved, he has great attack power, and a great ability, decent speed and power-up punch gives him even more chance at a successful sweep. Lucario is one of the strongest pokemon on my team, but is very frail, so a defensive counter with enough defence to survive is a problem, as well as pokemon with higher speeds than him. This means he will need to switch often, which can be a problem since my team is not the most defensive, but his sweeping abilities have been very useful.

Noivern - life orb
Evs- 252 sp attack, 252 speed, 4 HP (modest)
Infiltrator
- air slash (special stab flying)
- dragon pulse (stab dragon)
- shadow ball (useful as coverage for psychics and ghosts who are frail like gengar)
- Draco meteor (powerful final attack to do as much damage as possible)

Noivern is a decent pokemon which has great speed and decent special attack. His special attack can 2HKO quite a few threats, and this pokemon has usually managed to survive most attacks and from being 1HKO'd. His coverage is pretty useful, and is all round quite decent, but he is easily countered by pokemon he can't 2HKO, or have a super effective attack. He is not the most brilliant pokemon on my team, but can do decent damage and is useful for a few switch ins on defence orientated pokemon.

Jolteon - choice specs
Evs- 252 sp attack, 252 speed, 4 sp defense (modest)
- thunderbolt
- shadow ball (nice coverage, is quite handy)
- thunder wave (rarely use due to specs, but is really just a spot filler, but is sometimes useful)
- signal beam

A great pokemon on my team. High special attack and speed which can rip through many pokemon, electric typing useful against water types, and it hits really hard. Once the special walls are out, he can be hard to stop. His special defense is high enough to allow it to survive an attack and strike again. I quite want to keep him on my team as he suits me well.

Scizor - life orb
Evs- 252 hp, 252 attack (adamant)
Technician
- bullet punch (stab, technician boost, priority for lack of speed)
- u-turn
- roost
- swords dance

Although I often get greedy with swords dance and cause him to faint wasted, under the right conditions he can be very useful. Without the boost I find he doesn't do a significant amount of damage. If he can survive at least 2 hits from the opposing pokemon, he's in a good position to attempt a set up and a sweep with bullet punch. He is quite hard for me to use, but he is often very useful, under the right conditions.

Reuniclus - life orb
Evs - 252 hp, 252 special attack, 4 sp defense (modest)
Magic guard
- trick room
- psychic
- recover
- psyshock

Reuniclus is a really great trick room user, but I find most attacks it takes is usually damage him to half his health, so I end up with him being 2HKO'd and unable to recover. He does make a decent switch in, and his ability that protects him from poison, stealth rock and life orb damage is amazing. His special attack is pretty good, but it doesn't do well at 2HKOing pokemon which can 2HKO him. Because of this, I find him to be the least useful on the team.

Talonflame - choice band
Evs - 252 hp, 252 attack, 4 speed (adamant)
Gale wings
- flare blitz
- brave bird
- flame charge
- aerial ace

Talonflame's amazing, able to put many fast and frail pokemon in a corner instantly. 252 hp allows him to hopefully survive more hits, as gale wings gives it priority anyway, so speed isn't necessary. Pokemon with low defense are not able to face him easily. This set focuses to boost his subpar attack to provide him with the best countering chances. Although he is endangered by stealth rock and I have no rapid spinners on my team, I do not want to replace him as he is very good.

Personally, I dislike using set up pokemon and pokemon who use status conditions, such as klefki. I prefer pokemon who are excellent at doing one certain thing, if you get what I mean. With this group, I do badly against people who use strategies. I'm basically wondering if you have any suggestions of moves or certain pokemon that might improve my team. Although I do like to use resistances and coverages as a way to have a high damaging counter for many pokemon, and that is the best playing style I use, I will take any suggestions and opinions.

Pokemon I'm also considering are breloom, but who will likely not be as useful in this gen as grass types aren't effected by spore, but would be useful in sleeping stealth rock users before they set it up. I'm also thinking about replacing reuniclus with espeon (most likely will) as it could use magic bounce to repel problems like stealth rock, and status condition users, and pokemon like smeargle and klefki. Other pokemon I quite like are gliscor and tyranitar abpnd I'm wondering how useful they would be. I'm also considering Togikiss as a special defensive fairy type in replace of Noivern.
