Iron Treads @ Booster Energy
Ability: Quark Drive
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Knock Off

I originally had rillaboom here then I lost to a webs team so I changed it to weavile who could ohko ribombee with triple axel to bypass sash and it also served as a strong attacker like rillaboom. Then I lost to a hazard stack team so I changed it to treads who doesn't serve as an attacker but provides enough utility to make up for the lost damage. I consider changing it to iron crown.

Zamazenta @ Leftovers
Ability: Dauntless Shield
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Iron Defense
- Body Press
- Crunch
- Heavy Slam

Zamazenta, you know what it does as soon as your opponent either has only physical attacker left or special attacker than you outspeed and can surprise with tera for a 2kho you can go in to sweep. not too many counters only real problem is skill (on both sides). Heavy slam and crunch provide coverage, tera steel surprises a lot of special attacker allowing you to resist a moonblast or something and if you outspeed or they don't have coverage 2hko.

Landorus-Therian @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Intimidate
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 252 HP / 220 Def / 36 Spe
Bold Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earth Power
- U-turn
- Taunt

Lando-T here forms the first part of my core and also serves as my preferred lead with taunt SR and u turn beating pretty much every other lead and EP providing an attacking move to deal damage? Rocky helmet serves to punish the physical attackers lando switches into even more after intimidate. To be honest, I don't really know what these ev's do since most of the original sets where stolen then modified to my needs but they seem to work.

Slowking-Galar @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Regenerator
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 252 HP / 16 Def / 240 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Future Sight
- Chilly Reception
- Sludge Bomb
- Thunder Wave

Slowking-g is the second part of my u-reception-flip-turn core and works as a switch in most special attacker and helps zama by paralyzing any fast special attackers allowing for an easier sweep. Sludge bombs kills fairy types one of glowkings best switch-ins and chilly reception is a nice pivot move that combos well with regenerator and glow king's natural bulk allowing to survive even a super effective hit and switch out to a better matchup while healing with regenerator. future sight helps to get the right pokemon i nplace by forcing them to switch to a resist or immune (usually gambit).

Alomomola @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Regenerator
Tera Type: Flying
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Scald
- Flip Turn
- Wish
- Protect

alolololmanolola is the flip is the u-reception-flip-turn core and serves as a more physical defensive option but also being a good with in to many special attacker because of its typing most notably specs wake wich does 40 percent or so allowing you to wish stall until either they switch or sun runs out. Wish and flip turn is so easy to use on this pokemon because ti tanks everything and its wishes do 70 percent to everything while also allowing it to heal itself. scald is for minimal damage and more importantly fishing for burns on the physical attackers my mentioned earlier.

Dragapult @ Choice Specs
Ability: Clear Body
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Shadow Ball
- Flamethrower
- U-turn

And the last member of this team, dragapult. I basically built this team around the idea that you stall with rocks until you have an opportunity to bring dpult in without consequence via u-reception-flip-turn core and either kill something with meteor which does insane damage with specs basically OHKOing any neutral target or shadow ball sweep which has almost no which ins in this meta basically 2koing everything. Flamethrower is coverage and u-turn helps you get out if something goes wrong. I like clear body because of the ubiquity of webs these days and outspeeds everything on a webs teams since no one uses scarf webs.

I only got to ike 1500 so far (starting at 1300)

I am aware i suck

Hi, interesting team!
I think the main thing that jumps out at me with your team is that it is not sure if it wants to be balance or offense. Alomomola and Slowking-Galar form a pretty sturdy balance core, able to soak a lot of hits and pivot around. However Landorus-T and Iron Treads are both more offense pokemon, which only come in a few times at most since they don't have recovery.

Iron Treads as a whole is a weak point since it shares a lot of overlap with Landorus-T. They are both utility based ground types with stealth rock and some other moves to help against opposing defensive pokemon. Because you have both, neither one is as useful as it might be, and you end up getting weaknesses to water types for example.

Since it seems like you enjoy the balance aspect, I will make a version that fits that a little better.

Gliscor takes over the ground type role so you can have spikes + knock. Rillaboom returns to give your team some passive recovery while helping with weak targets due to priority. Rest stays the same more or less. This wa you can play your team as a defensive team that shifts into offense mode when you have the right matchup: a balanced approach. Alomomola helps keep your team healthy with Wishes and Slowking can cripple things with thunder wave. Dragapult and Rillaboom can hit pretty hard in the middle game, and Zamazenta can be used to clean or counter opposing threats
