Need help with team(kinda)

INTRODUCTION
I have a decent knowledge of the game and have played pokemon competitively for a few months now. By sharing my team I am hoping to get some feedback on how I can improve the team.
THE TEAM

Eric (Kangaskhan) @ Kangaskhanite
Ability: Scrappy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Drain Punch
- Fire Punch
- Power-Up Punch

Mega-Kangaskhan is a monster. Power-up punch is a swords dance that does damage not much more to say about that. I went with drain punch because it combos nicely with power-up punch. With mega khan you will be able to hit twice so drain punch will also drain twice. Sucker punch is a must! Pokemon like gengar will sub on you the first chance they get. Once again you will hit twice with sucker punch so you will out speed, break the sub, and do damage.
Fire punch will take care of any bulky steel types you see.(scizor, forretress, skarmory)

Eric (Rotom-Wash) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 232 HP / 56 SAtk / 220 Spd
Modest Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Shadow Ball

I chose to go with a bulky speedy rotom and sofar it has been a huge player in the team. Swithing into this will cause most water, flying, fire, ground pokemon to switch. Rotom can take a hit and fire one back just as hard. I like to use shadow ball because i always seem to find my rotom up against alot of ghost types. A big one is trevenant which has been rising in popularity.

Eric (Dragonite) (M) @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Extreme Speed
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch

This is my favorite pokemon on the team. When you can get a safe switch in with no hazards you are ready to go! weakness policy will give you plus 2 Att when you are hit by a super effectie move which is why you have multiscale to protect you. If you d dance the turn they use a super eff move. you will be faster then most and strong as hell too. It works great with one on one dragon matches. Extreme speed has help on beating pokemon that are scarfed or just really fucking fast. Watch out for steel types with bullet punch and bulky ground types that can use ice shard.

Eric (Genesect) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Download
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature
- U-turn
- Flamethrower
- Ice Beam
- Flash Cannon

This thing is too good for the game I can tell you that already. With its large move pool and amazing ability this is a force not to fuck with. The main pokemon this thing has a problem with is being out sped by talonflame because of its priority.

Eric (Donphan) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Ice Shard
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock

Donphan has always been my favorite supporter because it gets ice shard which eliminates threats such as garchomp and dragonite. EQ is there to stop anoying starters like klefkey or whatever its name is. Donphan should try to stay alive until hazards are gone for good!!

Eric (Talonflame) (M) @ Flying Gem
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Acrobatics
- Flare Blitz
- U-turn
- Roost

This thing is a must now. With genesect usable now this is a good answer. Also help to deal with fighting types this team faces. I prefer flying gem to make sure you can kill any fighting, bug ect. types fast without having to deal with the masive recoil you get from bravebird.

I welcome you to try the team out and give me your feedback:)

Please change your font color back to black; it's very difficult to read.
I'd also suggest incorporating /why/ you chose these pokemon together. Remember your team should synergize and be better than just the sum of the separate parts.
Uturn Genosect + Rotom is an interesting substitute for the more traditional rotom+scizor. But I think your team really needs a specially-defensive pivot, and that you should probably use rotom for that, particularly because you'll get hit hard by greninja's icebeam.
Overall though, it seems like a fine OU team. It might even be fantastic. But without seeing your thought process it just looks like a mega and 5 OU pokemon slapped on a team.
Maybe focus on identifying what threats give khangaskhan trouble and how you can handle those threats.

How about u try the team out. Kill ovf bullet punchers, donphan with ice shard(or weaken it) and you will grt a sweep 9/10
