Ok, first of all everyone please don't post you are a noob or something dumb like that. I'm just looking for some help or advice so don't be mean.
OK so Here's my Team

@Life Orb > Levitate
4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid
Hypnosis
Shadow Ball
T-Bolt
Focus Blast

OK so Gengar is my starter. Basically start off with Hypnosis right away and depending on the situation go from there. Great to switch-in thanks to his immunities and a great special attacker

dpmba068.png
@Leftovers > No Guard
252 HP / 252 Atk / 6 Spe
Adamant
Ice Punch
Rest
Sleep Talk
Dynamic Punch

Machamp is just awesome with his no-guard ability it's almost a waste not to use him. he should take anything out while restoring any damage caused

dpmba445.png
@Focus Sash > Sand Veil
4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly
Swords Dance
EQ
Arial Ace
Dragon Rush

Garchomp is my physical sweeper. with a swords dance to start off, he will pretty much kill anything he touches. He is a speedy little guy and he's just the best.

dpmba121.png
@leftovers > Natural Cure
160 HP / 132 SpA / 216 Spe
Timid
Rapid Spin
T-Bolt
Surf
Recover

Ok so after a lot of debate I decided that Starmie would be a perfect addition to my team. not only with the extra type but it also covers both of my fire and water weaknesses not to mention he is my spinner as well

dpmba437.png
@Leftovers > Levitate
4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
Bold
Toxic
Calm Mind
Psychic
Protect

I decided to make a tank out of Bronzong despite his lack of recovery, and I've found out that this moveset works really well with him. his resistances help out a lot too, and he is just wow

dpmba227.png
@Leftovers > Keen Eye
252 HP / 96 Atk / 156 Def / 4 Spe
Impish
Spikes
Roost
Brave Bird
Whirlwind

For my Last pokemon I debated a while and decided my team needed help defensively. with his awesome defense and moveset, using him early can help determine the victory as well as annoy my opponent :P

Alright so thats my team any help would be greatly appreciated. and once again please no rude comments just constructive criticizm. thanks

Gengar-Standard nothing wrong there
Machamp-Nothing wrong there also
Garchomp-You have these movesets
Swords Dance
Earthquake
Dragon Claw for better accuracy
Fire Fang/Fire blast, either one works
and maybe have yache berry as hold item
Starmie-Nothing wrong
Bronzong-your set is very creative but since it lacks recovery move i suggest just use a standard one.
Skarmory-I guess its ok

I'd watch out for opponents trying to set up on Bronzong, such as a Steel-type (i.e. Calm Mind Jirachi, or Magnezone with Magnet Pull) which resists Psychic and is immune to Toxic.

@ Wildcardsz : Uh, standard Bronzong dosen't have recovery.

Try 252 HP / 208 Def / 48 Atk for Machamp; it provides much more defence. How about trying RestTalk Bronzong? Calm Mind Jirachi wouldn't try to set up on you, it'd get hit by Earthquake. This team is extremely Gengar weak. A Hypnosis / Shadow Ball / Thunderbolt / Focus Blast Gengar could rip this team apart. How about trying Toxic Blissey over Bronzong? This way, you're less SpecsMence weak etc. Other than that, not bad. Good job.

There are several weaknesses in your team especially in terms of walling. Skarmory and Bronzong don't really cut it as physical walls, Fighting neutrality hinders their ability to counter Heracross and Lucario, among other fighters. Gengar is not a reliable switchin even with its resistances as it takes a lot of damage from any other move.

I would suggest a Gliscor over Skarmory, providing your team defence against Heracross and Lucario.

I feel that Bronzong should run the standard, simply because that set is ineffective at countering what Bronzong counters, Mamoswine and Garchomp to name a few. I would suggest Hypnosis/Gyro Ball/Stealth Rock/filler in the analysis to help Bronzong deal with those.

Next I need to address the slight SweeperGyara weakness in your team. A SweeperDos can take down Starmie and pose a threat to your team due to the rest of the members being ill-equipped to handle it. I feel that you would need either a speedier pokemon or a Bulky Water, I would recommend a Scarf on Gengar for it to function as an effective revenge-killer, with HP Ice > Hypnosis.

Garchomp should run Yache Berry to break walls, especially the bulky waters and Cress your team would have trouble with. I recommend the set in the analysis, Outrage > Dragon Rush and Fire Fang > Aerial Ace, as it increases Garchomp's sweeping potential.

I don't really feel Machamp should be fielded as a RestTalker in this team, as the main things it counters - Ttar, is taken care of by Skarm/Gliscor. I would suggest a RestTalk Snorlax > Machamp, providing your team with Special Walling and Status absorbing.

I aould recommend leading with Bronzong to get Stealth Rocks up.
