Need some help calculating.

Just finished getting my Jolteon I've been working on for quite awhile up to 100 on my Pearl version. I EV trained him to max speed and special attack, and put the rest into HP. He is Timid nature and has Hidden Power Ice. The thing is I am pretty bad at keeping track of EV's etc when I'm tallying them so I may have been off a mark or two or three.

What I'm trying to figure out, are his exact DV's (IV's)? And the exact power rating of his HP ice, and where I might have screwed up and missed a point in his EV's. His stats at level 100 are as follows:

HP: 270
Defense: 127
Sp. Atk: 307
Sp. Def: 226
Speed: 393

Thanks to anyone who might actually go out of their way to help me with this headache and sorry if this is in the wrong place.
 
To put it simply, your EV's or stats have to be off.

To get those stats with a 6/252/252 Timid spread would give you...

HP: 29
Atk: 30
Defense: 2
Sp. Atk: 19
Sp. Def: 31
Speed: 30

Which is HP Electric 69.

However if your speed was 1 point lower or 1 point higher then that would give HP Ice 69 or 64. So definitely recheck your stats.
 
Think that has to be it since 394 speed is the cap and I'm at 393, would appear I missed an EP in speed which sucks as I would have been maxed out with an IV of 31. :( Thanks for the help.

Wouldn't be possible for it to be lower I don't think as any lower and I'd top out at 392, not 393.

What do you mean? I don't know much about the DP metagame yet as I've yet to get on wifi (I have the little nintendo wifi thing, but it gives me a security error when I try to connect.)
 
Wifi has a level 100 auto balance. Basically all pokemon are bumped upto lv100 automatically meaning all you need is to EV train and get your moves.
 
I think the only ones you'd have to level up to level 100 are Shaymin and Regigigas because they actually learn moves at level 100, but yeah.
 
The only reason to train to 100 is if you plan on doing in-person battles without PBR, as for some inexplicable reason the in-person battle room doesn't auto level to 50 or 100.
