Need some serious help with my Team!

Okay so this is a team that I've been testing in OU and it has had it's ups and downs battles, so without further adieu: (Team is 9-7)

Bronzong@Leftovers

Sassy/Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/86 Atk./80 Def./90 SpD.
IVs: 0 Spe

~Gyro Ball
~Earthquake
~Hypnosis
~Stealth Rock

This is my lead pokemon that sole purpose is to set up stealth rocks and then get out. Problems I find with him is that most, if not every other lead outspeeds him, even other Bronzongs and Taunt him so I won't have the chance to set up my rocks. Gyro Ball in conjunction with a zero speed IV makes for a pretty good STAB'ed attack for Bronzong and Earthquake is for even more coverage. Levitate is the chosen ability because most of my pokemon are weak to ground, well actually only one other team mate is weak to ground, lucario. I'm thinking of changing this for a different, faster and more effective lead, maybe Azelf?

Rotom-W@Choice Specs

Timid
EVs: 6 HP/252 SpA/252 Spe

~Shadow Ball
~Thunderbolt
~Hydro Pump
~Trick

This is one of my special sweepers for the team, and he fulfills the position fairly well. One problem that I see with this Rotom form is that it just isn't fast enough, maybe slap a Choice Scarf onto it. Shadow Ball,Thunderbolt are for STAB, Hydro Pump is for a powerful water attack and Trick I haven't used at all so a possible new complete moveset for this guy.

Porygon-Z@Choice Scarf

Modest/Download
EVs: 4 HP/252 SpA/252 Spe

~HP Fighting
~Tri-Attack
~Ice Beam
~Dark Pulse

The Choice Scarf Porygon-Z set from the analysis, this guy has netted some KOs out of my 16 battles so far. Download for the chance that I will get a plus one special attack boost. All of the attack choices are fairly obvious as to why they are there.

vespiquen.png

Vespiquen@Leftovers

Impish
EVs: 248 HP/8 SpD/252 Def.

~Attack Order
~Roost
~Toxic
~Defend Order

A UU attempt at a mixed wall in OU, it hasn't really proven itself to me in any of my battles so far. Sure it can stall some pokemon out but seeing how hard the pokemon hit in OU I don't think Vespiquen is going to be staying around for long even with support from Defend Order. Suggestions on what to replace this with are needed.

lucario.png

Lucario@Choice Scarf

Mild/Inner Focus
EVs: 40 Atk./216 SpA/252 Spe

~HP Ice
~Close Combat
~Dark Pulse
~Stone Edge

Another fast Choice Scarf mixed sweeper for the team and I believe does it's job perfectly. I don't really see the need for max Speed on it when it has the help of Choice Scarf.

salamence.png

Salamence@Life Orb

Rash
EVs: 120 Atk./136 Spe/252 SpA

~Crunch
~Flamethrower
~Draco Meteor
~Brick Break

Another mixed sweeper for the team, doing his job just as well as a blissey at special walling.

Well that's my team, I know there's not too much comments on the teams' roles and such which is where you guys come in to help me with changes for the team to make it better.

try replacing vespiqueen with a special fire sweeper, like scarf tran or nasty plot nape. your only poke with a fire type move is mence, a physical sweeper. fire moves will kill your lead, wich is never a good thing and lucario who keeps many pokemon with type advatages over your team in check. i personally recommend scarf tran because its speed and monster power combined will benefit your team greatly. it also takes care of the entire fire problem you have. putting another sweeper in is far more beneficial than a wall who cant hold its own. try adding to the strengths of the team instead of balancing it out.

Well, first of all, your team is lacking a good heatran fire blast resistance.
And switch vespiqueen to blissey for a steady special wall as your team is lacking. Then, change the washer to a more defensive sprea. Focus on the defense on rotom. For mence, just more 4 speed evs to ouspeed other DD mence and mix mence. You have way too much choicer so your team will be easily predicted. Change some of them.

Yeah I was just looking at a defensive spread for Rotom-w and have come up with one. Changes going to be made:

~Change Rotom-w's EVs to a defensive spread
~Add 4 more speed evs to Salamence
~Drop Vespiquen either for Scarf Heatran or Blissey
~Find a way to have less choice users

Anymore suggestions?

I recommend an Aerodactyl over your current lead. Guaranteed to get rocks down:

Aerodactyl @ Focus Sash
Jolly - Pressure
4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
-Taunt
-Stealth Rock
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge

Taunt opposing setup leads (Azzeelf) then set up Stealth Rock yourself. Simple and effective.

If your only reason for a MixMence is to stop Blissey from Special Walling (which I don't get, since you have Lucario), I'd switch it for MixNite. Sure, it's slower and has slightly lower attack and noticeably lower SpAttack, but it OHKOs Blissey with Superpower.

If your lead's only purpose is to set up Stealth Rocks, either try a Scarfed Pokemon or the aforementioned Aerodactyl.

Alternatively, you could switch Salamence to a SpecsMence variant, and change Porygon Z to a mixed sweeper with Sharpen, Return, HP [Fighting], and Dark Pulse / Tri attack, with Adaptability. Without a Sharpen boost and the EVs suggested for it, Porygon Z 2HKOs Blissey thanks to Adaptability. It's a OHKO with Sharpen, plus devastating damage to many others. Tri attack / Dark Pulse and HP [Fighting] cover everything else, bar ghosts if you opt for the former. It won't be as fast, but it'll have surprise value.

Yeah I've already changed my lead to Aerodactyl, and Porygon-Z to the Life Orb set. I've been battling with these changes and my wins and losses are still at a dead heap.
