Needless Strife [an OU RMT]

Ok, I won't beat around the bush. This is my first thread, and thus my first post on Smogon. So, this is my first time posting a RMT. I do need help, and therefore are reaching out to the Smogon Community. My favorite Pokemon, is incidentally, Gallade, so I was inspired to build a team around him. This means paralysis is extremely helpful, and as such is used a little. So, nevertheless, here we go:

IcenBlau (Mamoswine) (M) @ Babiri Berry
Ability: Snow Cloak
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/6 SAtk
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Ice Shard
- Ice Fang
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
---
As a lead, Mamoswine works quite well. But, however, he struggles with Machamp leads. He was not, by any indication, the first thought for this party, but I did need a ground immunity (Ambipom was the first lead, and then Smeargle took its leading place) because no one was immune to it. But before any of you criticize the item, it deals with Metagross nicely, and possibly Jirachi, however Dragonite does a better job (Gallade has the sash, instead of Mamo). Thinking about it now, perhaps Mamo should have it, and Gallade should have something else...

Scorpio (Drapion) (M) @ Shuca Berry
Ability: Sniper
EVs: 252 Atk/6 Spd/252 SDef
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang
- Night Slash
---
Drapion was my first choice to back up Gallade, since he easily rids the field of Rotom and Heatran after a boost, or Heatran without one. Drapion can get Flygon on the switch, or revenge kill otherwise. Shuca Berry helps prolong its existence in battle, but Scope Lens works just as well. The SpD EVs allow it to survive ScarfTran's Earthpower, and KO after.

DragoKnight (Dragonite) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 252 Atk/6 Def/252 Spd
Rash nature (+SAtk, -SDef)
- Earthquake
- Extremespeed
- Thunderbolt
- Flamethrower
---
Because Flinch-Hax Jirachi is easily my worst fear (next to Breloom), Dragonite can KO it or force a switch. Extreme Speed for priority, EQ for the surprise KO and T-Bolt for the Offensive Gyara KO. Flamethrower is easily the most surprising, catching Scizor setting up or on the switch. Scizor is usually the one who defeats my other teams...Even without SpA EVs, the raw SpA stat with its boosting nature is suffecient, and therefore boost the power of EQ and Extreme Speed instead.

Braveheart (Gallade) (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Steadfast
EVs: 14 HP/244 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
- Night Slash
---
And this brings us to the star of the team, Gallade. While a lum berry could work also, he rarely find a use for it...Anyways, Gallade can OHKO Scarfgon with a CC, or other switchins. Nightslash for the (for me) ever-so-common Celebi switchin, or the other ghost type substitutes, who are also rather likely. Stone Edge is for Gyarados, and other flyers, and Swords Dance for the possible boost. Also, a combo of endure and a Salac Berry boost works nicely.

Starmie @ Wise Glasses
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Thunder Wave
- Rapid Spin
- Surf
- Psychic
---
I find Starmie to be incredibly useful, with a speed capping off at over 350, which revenge kills +Spd natured Gengar. T-Wave for paralysis support, but rather finds itself fending off switchins. Rapid Spin is useful if Skarmory sets up, or even Forretress, and instead of Forretress as a Spinner, Starmie doesn't halt my offensive momentum. And so, this brings the team to the last addition:

UltraPenguin (Empoleon) (M) @ Lum Berry
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Grass Knot
- Hidden Power [Electric]
---
Empoleon is a rather useful Pokemon, who walls Kingdra's common movesets (thank you levithian for that tip). Empoleon can muscle its way through common walls, such as Vaporeon, with HP Electric, or Suicune, with Grass Knot. HP Electric KOs defensive Skarm, and Surf gets everything that doesn't resist Surf itself. Kingdra is usually a problem, but Empoleon remedies that common ailment, which is usually on my other teams. And as such, as Breloom can spell trouble for the rest of my party, the lum berry can cure the sleep from the inevitably faster mushroom, and OHKO easily with Ice Beam.

So, yes, this is the party of Needless Strife. Hopefully, I can get the help of the wise users and moderators of the Smogon Community. But before you criticize, because I know someone will, the use of two water types, Mamo is the ground immunity, and they all work together nevertheless. So I thank anyone in advance for giving advice on my RMT, and look forward to meeting you in combat on Shoddy. :)

A few nitpicks:

Remove Ice Fang from Mamoswine, give it something like Endeavor or Stone Edge.

Wise Glasses on Starmie is weird, give it Leftovers instead.

Stealth Rock ruins mid-game Sashers.. but you have Starmie for that, so it's all good. (I would recommend Salac Berry though..)
