New And Improved Thread

I originally posted this thread the other day but it got locked because I didnt follow all the rules. So, here is my new team. Just hope this one doesnt get locked or something.

The Lead/ Guard

Swampert
Torrent
Item: Leftovers
Nature: Relaxed

Weaknesses: GRASS
Resistances: Electric, Steel, Fire

Attacks: Surf
Earthquake
Ice Beam
Roar

One of my favorites. He can take hits AND block em. Surf KOs more steel types then waterfall, and earthquake has good type coverage against alot of competition. The same goes with Ice Beam. And roar is there to get rid of opponents who wish to set up calm minds and nasty plots.

The Breaker 1

Infernape
Blaze
Item:Expert Belt
Nature:Adamant

Weaknesses: Water, psychic, ground
Resistances: Fire, Bug, Grass

Attacks: Flare Blitz
U-Turn
Close Combat
Thunder Punch

Another star of mines. When a grass type stares down swampert, out of the blue comes THE BREAKER. Choice Band seems like a better choice for him, but I consider it on different occasions. He can absorb Will-o-Wisps, and he can clean things up easy when things look bad.
Replacements: Electivire for better coverage and his ability.

Late Game Sweeeper

Scizor
Item: Life Orb
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Technician

Weaknesses: Fire, ground
Resistances: Normal,grass,ice,posion,psychic,bug,ghost,dragon,dark,steel,

Attacks:Agility
Metal Claw
Brick Break
X-Scissor

When the games about to end, he comes and cleans up. With agility and his EV investments he can out speed just about anything unless its someone speedy with a choice scarf. Metal Claw gets a technician boost and Brick Break has good coverage like earthquake. And X-Scissor is for stab and hitting psychic types that may wish to hit Infernape. And if a fire type wishes to attack, Swampert or someone else could take the hit.

The Breaker 2

Lucario
Item:Expert Belt
Nature: Timid
Ability:Steadfast

Weaknesses:Fire, fighting,ground
Resistances:Normal,grass,ice,poison,bug,rock,ghost,dragon,dark,steel,

Attacks: Aura Sphere
Dark Pulse
Psychic
Dragon Pulse

You could say this is the yang to Infernapes Yin. He utilizes special attacks while infernape uses physical. And his speed can outrun almost everything that doesnt hav the word "chomp" in his name. I chose Expert Belt because he can trump many opponents, but choice specs is a option just in case he needs extra power.

Status Inducer/Sweeper

Gengar
Levitate
Item: Wide Lens
Nature: Timid
Weaknesses:Dark, Ghost, Psychic
Resistances: Normal, fighting,poison,ground,bug,

Attacks: Hypnosis
Shadow Ball
Thunderbolt
Focus Blast

Another personal favorite of mine, he's the only status inducer on the team. He's VERY fast and has VERY high special attack. He can absorb earthquakes easy along with fighting attacks with ease. When the job cant be done by everyone else(mainly Lucario), I count on him.

All Out

Weavile
Pressure
Item:Focus Sash
Nature:Adamant
Weaknesses: FIGHTING, bug, fire,rock,steel
Resistances: Psychic,ghost

Attacks:Swords Dance
Night Slash
Ice Punch
Brick Break

Infernape backup AND Dragon counter. This outruns so many things with its EVs, and with focus sash, a swords dance is assured. And if Sandstorm is in effect, Lucario and Swampert take it instead.

Well, this is my team for now. Please feel free to make suggestions for it. Just I hope I did this right.

First off an EV spread would help.

Opt out of Swampert's Ice Beam for Stealth Rock (as you have Roar which isn't beneficial to Swampert as it is) unless IB is absolutely vital or you just want to be different then get rid of Roar for Rest, err maybe juggle with the idea of swapping one of the offensive moves (i know they're STABs & all but without EV spread it's hard to determine),

Other than that the rest of the team seems fairly rounded and solid :).
Good job.
