In this new format you will be allowed to use every pokemon from the uber format, except you will be able to use only one pokemon, which can be a legendary, a mytical or an ultra beast. In this format you won't be able to, for example, use two legendaries, two myticals, two ultra beasts, one legendary and one mytical, etc.
