Jolteon @ Focus Sash
Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 4 Def / 200 SAtk / 52 HP / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Toxic

My lead, throws out nice damage and volt switches quickly. His other two moves are for late game. Focus Sash + HP Ice lets him beat Dragons. Toxic helps against walls late game, especially with Sceptile. Great for momentum.

Cloyster @ Focus Sash
Trait: Skill Link
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Shell Smash
- Rock Blast
- Icicle Spear
- Razor Shell

Good old Shell Smash Cloyster. Focus Sash keeps him alive to use Shell Smash, Razor Shell is for steel types like Skarmory. EVs are for glass cannon sweeping.

Gyarados @ Leftovers
Trait: Moxie
EVs: 248 Atk / 4 Def / 168 Spd / 88 HP
Jolly Nature
- Substitute
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Bounce

Mid game sweeper, can be volt switched in by Jolteon against Ground moves. sets up a sub and Dragon Dances. Moxie turns him into an unstoppable monster. I prefer Bounce for grass types.

Gengar @ Black Sludge
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Disable
- Substitute
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast

Man, they really need to nerf disable. Sub on a slow poke, let it break, disable the only move they can hit you with. Its basically a Revenge killer.

Forretress (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic Spikes
- Rapid Spin
- Earthquake

Im not sure about this poke, but every team needs Stealth Rock and Rapid Spin somewhere. No one else on this team has Earthquake, so i chose that as my last move.

Sceptile (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Overgrow
EVs: 200 HP / 178 Spd / 130 SDef
Bold Nature
- Giga Drain
- Leech Seed
- Substitute
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Why isnt this guy ever used anymore? With fast SubSeed, he can constantly set up a sub and heal almost 25% losing only about 4% while the opponent loses 12.5%. HP Fire 3HKOs Ferrothorn.

Rule 3 said:
Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it. The standard description length required is three to four lines, if you need more insight look on the detail part, check out the RMT Archive.

You need a minimum of three lines of descriptions for each of your Pokemon; PM me your updated descriptions and I'll unlock this thread.
