New idea for a Rayquaza set

Rayquaza got Sworddance in DP additional to Dragon Dance.
Which set is better? Well while thinking about this I got a new idea ... why not use both ? It sounds stupid why would someone want to waste 2 slots with setup moves? But after thinking about it it isn't that stupid at all:

Rayquaza @ Yache Berry
Adamant
EV: 106HP, 248 Att, 156 Speed
Sworddance
Dragon Dance
Dragon Claw / Outrage
EQ

Results into:
377 HP
437 ATT
216 DEF
265 SPEED
302 SPA
216 SPD

How to use:
Switch into a CBed EQ or something that would run from you and use DD.
The opponent will switch its Icebeamer to OHKO you. Use Sworddance and thx to the Berry you should be able to survive the IB.
Now you have 1530 Attack and 398 Speed (outspeed everything but ninjask and deoxys-E baring CS) to work with.

Some calculations:

max spa Mewtwo (+nature):
IB: 74 - 87%

max spa Deoxys-F IB (+nature):
IB: 85.1 - 99%

Now you see why I used 106HP EVs:
Max damage from Deoxys-F's IB is 376 but using 106 HP EVs let you have 377 HP to be able to survive 100% of the time.

min HP/Def Groundon:
DC: 87.6 - 103%
OR: 131.4 - 155%

max HP/Def Lugia (neutral nature):
DC: 63-74%
OR: 95-112%

max HP/Def Deoxys-L (neutral nature):
DC: 68.1-80%
OR: 102-120%

Max HP/Def Cresselia (neutral nature):
DC: 63 - 74%
OR: 94 - 110%

Almost everything else not named Metagross/Registeel/Jirachi is OHKO ed.
Thats why you have EQ. The problem with using Outrage is that you will be looked into it.
With SR support its even more powerfull. Ice Shard would stop you but there aren't any users in ubers.

The two problems I see here instantly is that neither Lugia nor Groudon would use Ice Beam against you when switching in. In Lugia's case it would either Reflect in front of you while you Swords Dance, then Whirlwind you away, or just Whirlwind immediately, whilst in Groudon's case it would probably hit you with CB Stone Edge for the OHKO.

Your Rayquaza's Defense is 216 btw. Oh, and only 1092 Atk after DD and SD. Not sure how you got 1530.

true in this two cases you have to switch out, there is no harm done to you yet so that you can try again after they are weakend or taken out.
Your Rayquaza's Defense is 216 btw.
corrected.

I suppose that with flawless prediction coupled with the perfect situation it could work, although the same can be said for any type of double setup. The problem is that ubers hit so hard that you don't even need a super effective move to KO Rayquaza. Extreme Speed Arceus laughs at this set, as does ScarfOgre, or really anything that's Scarfed. Even Bullet Punch can take you down after an Ice Beam. Realistically, you're getting one KO out of this thing at best.

Also, you may want to consider using Focus Sash over Yache Berry.

In fact, I think it would be easier to just SD twice with Arceus. I had the unfortunate misfortune of letting one sword dance to kingdom come as my Scarfgre out in the field was stuck on Ice Beam.

It was terrible. =(

When using FS instead of a the berry I no longer need the HP EVs and outspeed ScarfOgre.
