Major annoyer, knock off for mostly choice items if i can get it in, toxic spikes for well poisons >:D, rapid spin obvious, and surf for STAB

Well theres ma' team rate and leave constructive critisism please ^^, also this is team is on shoddy currently, hoping to take it to wi-fi if its good enough

I'd prefer Adamant Gyarados, it gains enough speed from the DD's, and Yanmega doesn't need that much speed EVs, because most of the time you protect the first turn anyway so you gain a speed boost.

And you have no sup eff move on water types, which can cause you some trouble. Calm Mind Slowbro could take you out easily.

Heh, this is better than the teams you usually make. Anywayas, from now on, you might want to copy/paste your Pokemon from Shoddy instead of typing the whole thing yourself. Anyways, this team is a bit Kingdra weak, and a predicting Choice Specs Salamence lead rips your team apart. This team has no way to beat Specs/Standard Gengar. Calm Mind Suicune hurts this team, as you have no way to hurt it, while it can just keep on setting up Calm Mind and sweeping. Jolly Gyarados isn't the best bet Gyarados has. If you want it to do some major sweeping, you might as well run 252 Atk/248 Spd/8 Hp. Anyways, this team is slightly Mamoswine weak.

Knock Off and Rapid Spin is illegal on Tentacruel so you might want to ditch that. DDdos with Ice Fang, Stone Edge, and waterfall seem to give you big problems. Might as well make Chomp Naughty for more power with fire blast. The spreads need help and so do movsets so I will try to readapt them for you:

Gyarados EVS: 212 HP / 16 Atk / 140 Def / 140 Spe
Gliscor EVS: 120 HP / 252 Def / 136 Spe
Garchomp EVS: 252 Atk / 240 Spe / 16 SpA
Swampert EVS: 236 HP / 220 Def / 52 SpA
Tentacruel EVS: 204 HP / 96 SpA / 36 Spe / 176 SpA

Movesets:

Fine but change knock off for Ice beam on Tentacruel

Good Luck

Alright thanks, forgot about the illegal-ness >.< *goes to edit* thanks for the EV spreads as those are my major weakness =P thanks again

Hmm...if you're doing that for Gyarados, I'd simply max attack as well and just try to go all out sweeping. What are you honestly going to be trying to take as the starter anyways? Either you have a good start or a bad, the bulkyness isn't going to help per se.

I'd also much rather use a Jirachi, if obtainable in here somewhere. Preferably over Swampert or Gliscor, but whatever you keep, make sure it has Stealth Rock. Jirachi will help heal the team, and provide a much needed Steel type to take the random assortment of types that seem to rape you, for example: Grass, Dragon, Psychic and Ice. You could also make it support further more by giving it screens or just making it into a Calm Minder.
