new moves for current pokes in future games

Emerald was nice enough to add some new moves for it's current gen for some pokes so I was thinking, what do you guys want to see. Just a random musing if you will. . .

1. Lucario with Dragon Dance - he has this whole mystic vibe going on (what with being the aura pokemon, learning Aura Sphere and Dragon Pulse naturally, and his depiction in the movie if you count that). This move would also help with his meh speed without resorting to Agility.

2. Toxicroak with Close Combat - a nicer option over Cross Chop IMO. Would help him stand out more as a fighting pokemon with so much competition within his typing.

3. Marowak with Rock Polish - thus he no longer has to rely on Ninjask seriously

4. Bibarel with Curse - lets him put his Simple ability to better use. Heck he might be down right usable with Curse.

5. Gengar with Nasty Plot - he probably doesn't need this given how powerful he already is, but the move SO fits him

6. Golem, Omastar, Bastiodon with Stealth Rocks - if not only for Breeding purposes alone

7. Snorlax with Slack Off - so he can be a better special wall. Relying on Rest isn't doing him any favors

8. Driftblim with Rapid Spin - meh, Stealth Rocks weak sucks but at least he's immune to Spikes

9. Dragonite with Extremespeed - homage to Crystal

10. Wobbuffet with Metal Burst - if not because Spiritomb and Sableye are immune to Counter and Mirror Coat

11. Walrein with Ice Shard - to compliment Curse

12. Electrode with Rapid Spin and Helping Hand - he needs a movepool and he's looking to be a decent 2vs2 poke so why not go further with that

13. Luxray with Volt Tackle and Close Combat- because Spark isn't doing it and he reminds me of Staraptor (bad reasoning I know, but you know you want him to have it)

14. Wishcash with Stealth Rocks, Aqua Ring and Curse - make him like Swampert, but not exactly like Swampert (like Gastrodon)

15. Clefable with Softboiled - so I can have my Magic Guard + Softboiled Clefable

To be honest, I think Pidgeot should get Close Combat. It and Staraptor are both raptors (one being a hawk and the other being [IMO] a falcon/eagle) and it would finally bump it into at least BL despite its bad type misplacement.

Also, Aggron and other Steel types (notably Registeel) should get Meteor Mash. It makes no sense that it's a Clefable/Metagross move (besides Clefable having to do with outer space), it's just stupid.

All I can think of for now, but this is pretty much like that thread that lists what Pokemon should get what traits to make them more efficient, I won't be surprised if it's locked. For that reason guys, we should try and keep it realistic.
