When you first see gliscor you imediatly see its massive Defense. And being a physical wall it does very well! With a nice reliable recovery and a decent 95 attack, it has a very nice niche in the OU metagame.
The most standard set you see now a days is
Gliscor
Ability: Poison Heal
EV's: 252 HP - 252 Defense - 4 Attack
Item: Toxic Orb
Moves: Earthquake / Toxic / Substitute / Protect
This set is very effective, however unfortunatly it is also very predictable. Getting one shoted by almost every ice type move in the metagame and can even get one shotted by ice punch / ice fang. Physical Moves it should be walling. However if something is not super effective. It will most likely will not be getting past gliscor.
However this forum post is not about the standard set. This is about the NEXT BEST THING!

Gliscor
Ability: Poison Heal
EV's: 252 Attack - 252 Speed - 4 HP
Item: Toxic Orb
Moves: Swords Dance / Earthquake / Knock Off / Facade
This set makes sure to utilize Gliscor's nice 95 Attack And its decent 95 speed. However this set only works effectivly with sticky web support.
With an immunity to ground and nice typing resisting fighting, a very common physical attacking moves gliscor can utilize his natural physical bulk in this set and boost its attack with swords dance. Earthquake is a solid stab, knock off for powerfull coveradge / item knocking off, and facade is an other great neutral powerfull coveradge. Paired with the toxic orb gliscor will always have a nice 140 base power neutral coveradge move to hit mostly everything besides ghost rock and steel types. Earthquake covers the steel and rock types. And knock off rounds up with the ghost types. With this set gliscor literally covers every type! (Counting out abilities).
