New OU Team...I could really use some help

Alright, this my second RMT (after that failure/poor excuse of a first one) and I'd like this one to be successful. I am still trying to get the hang of competitive battling and I'd like to get all the help that I can. Hopefully I will have written this well enough to garner attention. Thank you in advance for any comments and suggestions.

Note: Changes will be in

Gespenst @ Focus Sash
EVs: 252 Atk / 6 Sp. Atk / 252 Spe
Hasty
Counter
Thunderbolt/Shadow Ball <---Depends on who I'm more afraid of; Deoxys or Gyarados (I can still OHKO both without the EVs). I'll probably go with thunderbolt as it can just about 2HKO Forretress, another likely switch-in.
Explosion
Hypnosis

My Gengar lead is kinda' out of the norm. Depending on the opponent's lead I'll either start off with Counter or Hypnosis (Shadow Ball if it's something that I can OHKO). Counter for any Physical attacker that is a surefire OHKO against me and Hypnosis for any walls and other threats. After he has run his course I explode and take out one final Pokemon. I have changed Shadow Ball and switched his Sp. Atk EVs to Atk to ensure a OHKO with Explosion.

Bronzieren @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP / 126 Def / 132 Sp. Def
Sassy
Confuse Ray
Stealth Rock
Hypnosis
Gyro Ball

My first of two mixed walls. I'll switch him in on Earthquakes and attacks it's resistant to. After switching I'll throw out some Stealth Rock support and hit any threats with Confuse Ray and Hypnosis (That is, if Gengar hadn't put anyone to sleep). Gyro Ball is for fast opponents and to avoid getting taunted. When threatened by fire I'll switch to Heatran. I may switch Hypnosis for Earthquake. Also, I might think about changing up the EV scheme.

dpmbsa379.png

Strahl @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP / 56 Def / 200 Sp. Def
Relaxed
Toxic
Earthquake
Ice Punch
Thunder

I've always liked the Regis and wondered why they're not more widespread. This is the standard Tank version. Toxic for support to help whittle down tough opponents and weaken them for my sweepers. Earthquake and Ice Punch are for type coverage and Thunder is for Gyarados and other Flying/Water threats.

dpmbsa485.png

Warme @ Choice Specs
EVs: 40 HP / 252 Sp. Atk / 216 Spe
Modest
Fire Blast
Dragon Pulse
Earth Power
Explosion

The standard Specs Heatran. Because both of my walls are steel I can easily bait a fire move and switch in for Flash Fire. Then, if a Ground user
threatens I can switch back to Bronzong or bring in Salamence safely. Once Heatran is finished I can switch in and Explode to take out a threat to the rest of the team. I may switch this to the RestTalk version. Maybe the Choice Scarf version since he and Salamence lack speed.
dpmba373.png

Drache @ Life Orb
EVs: 120 Atk / 252 Sp. Atk / 136 Spe
Rash
Fire Blast
Draco Meteor
Brick Break
Roost

MixMence, something I've never used before, finds a place in my arsenal of power. He can switch in on Earthquakes that target Heatran and then try and sweep. I picked Crunch over Dragon Claw to help against Cresselia and Dusknoir as they are a major threat to walling this team (mainly Deoxys). I might change this to Dragon Claw as I am lacking in Physical coverage.

dpmbsa386.png

Rasch @ Life Orb
EVs: 160 Atk / 252 Sp. Atk / 96 Spe
Hasty
Shadow Ball
Superpower
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam

(I couldn't find the Speed Deoxys backsprite so bare with me). Doexys-S makes an appearance on my team and acts as my revenge killer. I'll throw him in after Gengar/Heatran explode and try to sweep. I have Psychic for STAB, but I may change it to Shadow Ball to help against Cressy and the like (especially if I change Mence to Dragon Claw).

Outro:
So, that's my team. My main aim is to screw over as many Pokemon as I can with Gengar and then try and sweep with Deoxys. After that I aim to outpredict and outplay (obviously) my opponent inflicting Toxin, Sleep, and Confusion along the way and hopefully set up a late game sweep with Deoxys or MixMence.

Thanks for taking the time to read through this and make comments and suggestions. I really appreciate any help offered.

I would suggest a few Attack EVs in Gengar so perhaps you could OHKO Blissey. Bronzong would also like Earthquake over Confuse Ray - that way you won't go into a stall war versus Magnezone (which will always result in your loss). Bronzong is also your second sleeper. You only really need one, so you could consider replacing Hypnosis with Reflect/Light Screen.

Salamence might want Roost, if you're peeved by its stealth rock damage.

And lastly, just thought I'd mention that you have no Grass moves anywhere which means you could find yourself having trouble with a Swampert. Your best bet to defeat it would be to (A) Put it to sleep and go from there, or (B) Draco Meteor/Explode on it... I would say that Swampert is really your biggest threat.

good luck

Well, I really like Confuse Ray for its pseudohazing, but I will test with and without it. If I keep Confuse Ray I'll switch Hypnosis for Earthquake. If I don't I'll add in Reflect.

On Salamence, which move should I bump for Roost?

And thanks for pointing out the Swampert weakness. I hadn't even noticed. Maybe I could put Grass Knot (Or Energy Ball?) on Deoxys?

Also, thanks for the reply. :D

If you want roost on Salamence than dump Crunch because you wont do enough to Cresselia anyways and it will ice beam you back.

Okay. Then should I put Shadow Ball on Deoxys for Cresselia?

I just won my first two battles with this team and I have to say, I love my Gengar. Also, I like Confuse Ray on Bronzong.

Yes, that gengar is a great lead.

Seeing bronzong and registeel on the same team makes me uneasy. Yes I know the only weakness they share is fire and you have a heatran, but my gut tells me it's a bad idea.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and suggest clefable aka Minibliss over registeel.

Clefable (M) @ Leftovers / Flame Orb
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP/4 Spd/252 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Wish
- Toxic
- Protect
- Flamethrower

The wish support would really help this team out, and this things toxics like a pro. Ut oh, you say a heracross switched in and got boosted by your misdirected status? Throw a protect in its face and safely switch to a resist the next turn. Yeah, heatran loves to face this set but you can use whatever you want over flamethrower.

Were I to do that my team would be pretty mono-special in its defenses. I like Regi because he has amazing Defense/Sp. Defense and he is capable of taking out threats with his moveset. I do like the Wish idea, though. Maybe I could use a Glaceon or Vaporeon (Glaceon for defense and fire weak and Vaporeon for its defensive capabilities).

Why would you use Flame orb on Clefable?

If my understanding of Magic Guard is correct, you take no damage from it with Magic Guard and it prevents you from getting Sleep/Freeze/Paralysis. Also helps if you put Facade on.

I've made some changes to Gengar, Salamence, and Deoxys.

Also, I'm experimenting with this version of Heatran as well:

Dragon Pulse

well, burn can lower its attack, which Magic Guard can not avoid...take Toxic Orb if you wanna use Facade, please.
