Nasty Plot Tornadus-T blows away the opposition thanks to having a formidable Special Attack stat boosted further by Nasty Plot, excellent Speed tier allowing it to outpace foes like Ogerpon-W, high-powered STAB options in Hurricane and Bleakwind Storm that destroy most foes and can be supercharged with Flyinium Z, and great coverage to hit foes that don't care about its Flying STAB such as Heatran and Gholdengo. Hurricane provides extra power at the cost of worse accuracy, while Bleakwind Storm is more reliable and has a chance to drop Speed at the cost of that extra bit of power. Focus Blast picks off Steel-types like specially defensive Heatran after a boost and Kingambit that can shrug off a Hurricane and threaten Tornadus-T back, while also dealing quite decent damage to Blissey and Ting-Lu after one Nasty Plot. Heat Wave pairs well with Focus Blast to remove the Steel-types that don't care about Focus Blast, such as Gholdengo, while Knock Off allows Tornadus to force progress without setting up a Nasty Plot against foes it can't immediately break through such as Clodsire. Finally, Taunt allows for Tornadus-T to set up on defensive checks such as Ting-Lu that cannot directly threaten it.
