New player: OU team based on Mega Tyranitar

I am new to this so bare with me.

This team is rather 'bulky' and I have found it hard when I come across other stall teams as they generally stall me out; a wish Blissey gave me a lot of trouble recently. My team is already slow but when sticky web is laid out on the field I always get somehow screwed over by this.

I also am unsure of what Pokemon I should lead with? Should I change it up and get a dedicated lead? My slowbro has somehow managed to do quite well so far as a lead.

Tyranitar @ Tyranitarite
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 Def
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch

So I decided to base my team around Mega Tyranitar as it has the bulk to set up and fits in with the 'bulky' theme of my team. It has good coverage and is a good late game sweeper once most of its threats have been disabled or taken out. After one Dragon Dance with a jolly nature it can outspeed a lot of things. The main problem I have is again sticky web and paralysis which screws him over.

Slowbro @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SAtk
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Scald
- Psyshock
- Slack Off

Fighting types give Mega Tyranitar a hard time and this is why I chose Slowbro. It has so far done well against threats such as Conkeldurr, however his assault vest is a pain. It also does well against physical walls such as Gliscor which would otherwise do a good job at stopping Mega Tyranitar. I don't think people expect the Calm Mind either for some reason and this sometimes plays to my advantage. I am mostly using this as a lead at the moment but I am sure I could do better in this department...

Skarmory @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Atk
Impish Nature
- Roost
- Stealth Rock
- Whirlwind
- Brave Bird

Good at setting up stealth rock which helps Mega Tyranitar sweep late game. It again walls many of the physical threats that would pose a problem to Mega Tyranitar such as Garchomp and Azumarill. It is also so bulky that even when my Infernape gets taken out I can still do a good job at blocking damage from Pokemon that would otherwise run through my team such as Scizor. It also gives me a much needed ground type immunity and allows me to remove pokemon that are setting up with whirlwind.

Infernape @ Life Orb
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 180 Atk / 76 SAtk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature
- Close Combat
- Overheat
- Thunder Punch
- Hidden Power [Ice]

I was thinking of putting poison jab on here because Clefable seems to do well against my team when it starts setting up calm minds. I needed a Pokemon that could do good damage to steel types that would otherwise hurt Mega Tyranitar and Sylveon and overheat does the job well; especially because it doesn't take an attack drop from King's Shield Aegislash. Thunderpunch is for Gyarados which otherwise walls me and HP Ice is for the ever present dragons.

Goodra @ Assault Vest
Ability: Gooey
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SAtk / 8 SDef
Sassy Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Sludge Bomb
- Fire Blast
- Earthquake

Slowbro is devastated by Mega Amphoros whether it be volt switch or thunderbolt so I needed a good electric resistant pokemon that can dish back hits. Earthquake is for Heatran which completely walls it otherwise and sludge bomb is for faires like Clefable so that I can sponge her hits and hit back and hopefully poison her. However Clefable is a right pain in the behind to this team as it is hard to get through her defences, even with sludge bomb.

Sylveon @ Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Def
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Wish
- Protect
- Heal Bell
- Hyper Voice

I felt like my team needed a Pokemon that could use Heal Bell as my Tyranitar and Slowbro can't set up properly when paralysis is around. It is also a good check to many special attackers such as Latios/Latias which would otherwise put a big dent in my team. Wish is useful for the likes of Goodra which has no way of recovering its HP so that it can last for longer to provide its tanking capabilities.

Another big problem that I have encountered is stockpile Quagsire which finds it too easy to set up on me when Skarmory is gone.

I also feel like my team misses some priority as I could of KOed many Pokemon with a simple Mach Punch on Infernape or something like that. Trick room on this team might also be of a help...

I am new to Pokemon battling so I am trying my best but I can see my team is quite flawed in certain areas.

On goodra, change Sassy to either Modest or Calm because you aren't gaining an OHKO on Heatran with the non-hindering nature. Also the speed you lose puts you at uninvested base 70's, slower than some threats you would like to take out (ie: Heatran).
0- Atk Goodra Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Heatran: 248-292 (64.2 - 75.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
0 Atk Goodra Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Heatran: 272-324 (70.4 - 83.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
Either way its a 2HKO, rocks won't make much of a difference either in this case.

You might also want to consider T-Wave on Slowbro over Calm Mind, just for status's sake (crippling some faster threats), but that's just me. Either that or ice beam/Fire Blast for Gliscors/Lando-T or Scizors, but scald handles them just fine. But again, that's your choice (Ice Beam would give you dragon coverage opening up Poison Jab on Infernape).

Priority users like M-Scizor, Talonflame, M-Pinsir could be a problem for your team, but I guess it would just be a matter of hitting them hard enough before they kill you. Note that most of these are all physical threats, so definitely keep Skarmory/Slowbro alive to deal with them. Slowbro can handle the last two fairly well.
252 Atk Talonflame Brave Bird vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Slowbro: 97-115 (24.6 - 29.1%) -- possible 5HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 Atk Aerilate Mega Pinsir Return vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Slowbro: 168-198 (42.6 - 50.2%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
While...
4 SpA Slowbro Scald vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Talonflame: 236-278 (79.1 - 93.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO (you win)
4 SpA Slowbro Ice Beam vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Mega Pinsir: 142-168 (52.2 - 61.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO (You win this one if Pinsir is unboosted and you aren't too damaged)
To be completely honest, I don't think TR would work very well with the team since (1) Your only setter is Slowbro (2) The only pokemon who could be able to fully abuse Trick Room turns is Tyranitar, and he is built to be a speedy demon. To add Trick Room would clutter your team (cost slowbro that last coverage move/status/CM) with possibly more harm than it could help with.
