Tyranitar @ Lum Berry
Nature: Hasty
EV Spread: 208 Attack/48 SpAtk/252 Speed
Moveset:
-Crunch
-Earthquake
-Ice Beam
-Dragon Dance
Okay guys, basically this Tyranitar is meant to be a team lead. This EV Spread allows this big dude to OHKO Gliscor with Ice Beam. This was the main objective I looked to impliment when I made this. Dragon Dance is to obviously boost it's somewhat okay speed and decent attack stats. Crunch hits Starmie, Cress, Celebi, all the good stuff. EQ is there to hit annoying ass Steel types, etc. Nothing much else to explain in depth.
Gengar @ Black Sludge
Nature: Hasty
EV Spread: 156 Attack/100 SpAtk/252 Speed
Moveset:
-Shadow Ball
-Focus Punch
-Substitute
-Hypnosis
As you can obviously see, I enjoy using mixed attacking Pokemon, Gengar is no exception. The common Pokemon I see lately are Celebi and Heatran. You can now ask, what did I make to counter these? This. Shadow Ball is a gauranteed 2HKO on Celebi, while Focus Punch is a 2HKO on Heatran, quite decent if I do say so myself. Most people only think about Focus Blast, I see it differently. Having Pokemon with mixed attacking abilities is great since you can easily throw your opponent offguard.
