Maybe an illegality ruleset for tours for when people when wanna do a tour with such rules? (Ie /tour rules illegal moveset)

Tried to do a tour with customgame so I could illegal abilities and moves but the other tiers are not overriden.

"obtainable moves" is a usable rule (and obtainable abilities, and obtainable)
pure hackmons as a format unbans just abilities, moves, and mons already if thats what your looking for

other tiers do overwrite customgame if added as a ruleset so you'd have to unban what you want

/tour create gen8customgame, elim
/tour rules -nonexistent, obtainable, !obtainablemoves, !obtainableabilities
is what i THINK your trying to go for (obtainable moves and abilities are unbanned, everything else is)
using JUST custom game / pure hackmons formats and going by honor code alo works
there's also a challenge command but idk how it works
