Ok so I made this team on Pokémon online, it's good but I would like to know what I could change since I am new to Meta gaming. I don't have a proper concept for this team, you could say it's a balance team but i'm not positive. It was definitely almost just like Pokemoshpit’s team that he made in that video, if anyone is wondering but I switched some move sets and trying to work on it.

Gengar @Focus Sash Trait: Levitate
Evs: 252 spA / 252 spe / 4 hp

It is my anti-lead which it's Taunt will cause trouble too most stall teams. It could be used as a scout for the way the other team is trying to set the battle with it's focus slash not letting it die immediately.

My other back up lead, Explosion is used great against pokemon such as Jirachi or Mechamp (which are strong against Gengar).
This is the core I have coming up, I am very open to switch this up in any way possible I was possibly thinking a choice scarf Swampert in exchange for Suicune making it a mix attacker.

My special attacker I usually use him to lure in Pokémon that are Water types, if their SpD is low then I would go for a 2 hit ko with hp electric. If it is a ground type than I would switch into my Suicune as for the reason that if the ground type may know a fire type move that can wreck my Shaymin.

This is usually use to 2 hit ko ground type and flying types. It has trouble against grass types as I can’t lure it in and use Heatran. Shaymin may be a good substitute but the only fire move it knows is hp fire which doesn’t kill it fast enough.

He is more of a stall which I have noticed is not very useful, I would much rather have a grass revenge killer that I can use a fire type move (as Heatran is also ground showing it would be hurt from grass) after Suicune lures it in.

This is a sweeper, the belly drum increases his speed x4. This method is proven very effective causing 1 hit kos on a lot of Pokémon, it’s only problem is fighting types.
