Gen 3 New Team. Please Rate

Hey been practicing some different stuff and I got a decent enough team now. Please rate it.

***CHANGES IN BOLD***

Team has now been winning imensely with these recent changes

----------------------------

Zapdos: Leftovers
Modest
EVS: 220 sp. atk, 252 hp, 36 spd
Thunderbolt
Sleep Talk
Rest
Hidden Power [Grass]

I couldnt get baton pass but this helped more in the long run with my regice change

----------------------------

Vaporeon: Leftovers
Bold
EVS: 252 hp, 252 def, 4 sp. atk
Surf
Wish
Toxic
Protect

The best thing I could add to the team. A bulky water and gives much needed wish support. Wish, Toxic, Protect and kill. Kills metagross with surf and all gross can do is explode which protect stops

--------------------------

Regice: Leftovers
Sassy
EVS: 136 atk, 252 hp, 88 def, 32 sp. atk
Curse
Earthquake
Explosion
Ice Beam/Thunder/Rest

Meet the suprise killer. After a curse his atk is the same as sp. atk and after 2 his def and sp. def are on par. I could keep Ice Beam + EQ + Explsoion since EQ + Ice Beam hits pretty much everything. However I'm still walled by skarm so Thunder could make me not beatin by any defensive pokemon. Or I could add in rest but I dont plan on that. EQ detroys raikou and it cant hurt me. Also a suprise blissey killer.

----------------------------

Skarmory: Leftovers
Impish
EVS: 196 hp, 252 def, 60 spd
Spikes
Whirlwind
Hidden Power [Flying]
Taunt

Magic Lefties nummber and outspeeds other skarms to taunt them. This has worked better for me than subbing.

----------------------------

Machamp: Leftovers
Adamant
EVS: 252 atk, 200 hp, 56 spd
Hidden Power [Ghost]
Cross Chop
Bulk Up
Rock Slide

Deals with the tyranitar problem I once had

---------------------------

Hitmontop: Leftovers
Adamant
EVS: 252 atk, 252 hp, 4 def
Mach Punch
Counter
Rapid Spin
Hidden Power [Ghost]

2 fighting types? am i insane? Well the metagmae lacks flying and psychic attacks so he still is okay. Anyway Best Tar counter I can think of. Supplies rapid Spin support, can counter physical attacks, and can mack punch tar meaning even if one DDed up a few times or viltar or boah ... I'm still gonna win.

-------------------------

Thanks for reading, Please rate my team.

yeah i was tired at first and wasnt thinking when i made the name and lemondrop7 was taken. I wasnt planning on using smogon at first but it has been helpful.

How do i change my name?

Also on tar: I had chamo at first but I think with mence and poli I can stop him if I switch in right away

Your Regice should be worrying more about water types than breloom. If anything, all Regice has to do is take the sleep (in which most cases, you are currently blocking with substitute, or outrunning and KOing) and switch out to Salamence, who proceeds to rape his dumb ass. aka, Thunderbolt/Seismic Toss are more beneficial than HP Fire on Regice, though you should probably consider some other kind of Breloom counter, as Regice definitely needs to stop Raikou at this point.

I'm prob too noob to give any useful advice, but wouldn't CB heracross with brick break, rock slide, hp ghost and megahorn be better than machamp?

Both have their pros. Heracross is faster and gets a STAB Megahorn, which is lovely. Machamp is a bit bulkier and loses the extra weaknesses that Heracross has, and also has Cross Chop, which is just about as scary as Megahorn to switch into for fear of a crit. Machamp is also a bit of a change of pace, so if people get tired of standard things that are seen everywhere, they might try to be novel and use things like Machamp or Solrock.

Raikou's gonna destroys you. SToss or Psych Up on Regice is necessary.
Machamp isn't the most legit Tar counter, really. If VILtar gets up a sub, something's gonna get wrecked. If you insist on Machamp, use RS + HP Ghost; EQ isn't useful.
Agiligross with MM/EQ/RS also hits hard. Everything except Skarm is at least 2HKO'd, and it can't do anything except phaze it out. Mence and Champ both can take out Gross, but they have no form of healing and no wish support and can easily be dispatched of with one MM if they've taken even a little prior damage.
Most logical thing would be to put a bulky water somewhere, probably over Machamp. I'd consider using STalk Milotic to be able to manhandle any Tar/Gross that comes your way. If you do that Regice can go Psych Up or something.

If hitmontop is going to counter tar anytime soon, it'll need triple kick.
Hariyama is also cool, Arm thrust breaks tars sub like triple kick, and it learns knock off so your opponent wont like taking spikes with no leftover recovery.

also i'd replace hitmontop over machamp, seeing how you need clops to block spikes.

Your current Machamp has 155 Speed, which is just a few points off from Swampert's min neutral speed, 156, and viltar's Speed, atleast 159. I'd give it atleast 160 Speed just to ensure its speed advantage over these two monsters.

Regice, a pokemon with its base stats for HP is lower than Defense and Special Defense, should always have its HP maxed before putting EVs into either defense. This is because, by optimizing its HP, its physical Defense is unhindered while boosting its special defense.

Zapdos and Skarmory are two great Gyarados counters. Your Regice is physically oriented, and Gyarados hates taking STAB Ice Beams. Machamp has Bulk Up and Rock Slide; Hitmontop has Intimidate. Gyarados is not a problem, and you don't need to lose Vaporeon's essential Ice Beam for an HP Ele. Warding off Flygons, Celebi, and Salamence is MUCH more important imo.

CMJirachi and an opposing Machamp, no matter how rare it could be, gives you problems. Despite Hitmontop providing you with the much needed utilitarian and defensive support, I'd lose it for maybe a Salamence. DDSala probably have sufficient defenses to take a few hits from Jirachi, Heracross, and Machamp and ofcourse the offense to ward them off.

If you are afraid of Skarmory or Forretress spiking up, you could always give your Skarm a few speed EVs and Taunt. The rest of your pokemon hits these spikers hard, discouraging Spikes. Cloyster is tough, though, and you might want HP ele on Vaporeon, since Salamence helps a little bit in countering opposing Salamences and Flygons.

Agiligross with MM/EQ/RS also hits hard. Everything except Skarm is at least 2HKO'd, and it can't do anything except phaze it out.
Who the hell uses RS on Agiligross? Zapdos counters it just fine. It can't do shit to Skarm either. Agiligross is not even close to a weakness. >_>

I use it when passing SDs.

No need for HP electric when you have Zapdos and Skarmory, unless you fear the HP Rock version, which you can still counter fine with Skarmory, or even dick around a bit with Hitmontop.

Definitely give Vaporeon Toxic over HP: Electric. You're lacking any status, and between Substitute and Counter and pretty much anything, you'll be able to easily collect toxic damage very easily with these select pokes.

My favorite Hitmontop moveset would have to be Mach Punch/Toxic/Rapid Spin/HP: Ghost, though. Dusclops is severely crippled after being toxiced as it tries to wall your Rapid Spin, whilst Gengar can't afford to switch into HP: Ghost without losing a huge portion of its HP.
