New to ADV OU need some advice.

This is my first attempt at a team and i def need some advice. I feel when this team works it works well but ive been absolutley decimated with what felt like no answer. could def be user error but would love some constructive critisim. I have the hp fly on charizard for a stab answer to some fighting types ive run into like heracross. im sitting at about 1200 on showdown just for reference.

Hi, I think the main issue of your team is that it does not have a clear identity. You use 2 trappers, but most of your mons don't benefit greatly from eliminating skarm/bliss/tar. If I were you, I'd decide on one clear strategy instead of trying to do too many things at once. Your options are: keeping dug and running a special offense. I would not recommend that though, as only celebi and maybe zard truly fit with dugtrio special offense. You could run a physical magneton offense. In that case I would drop dug and probably zard. You could also drop both, because medi, pert, celebi and zard work well on mixed offense.

Some more general remarks:
- Hp flying on that zard set is pretty bad. You also desperately need hp grass to deal with swampert.
- This celebi is generally not all that great on offensive structures. I would instead use a faster cm set, or a bulkier utility set for pivot.
- Your swampert is too defensive for an offensive team. I recommend you read the strategy dex entry on offensive pert and build around that.
- (If you keep mag: be aware that timid does not ohko skarm. There are reasons to run timid, but usually you'd probably want to run modest.)
