SS OU New to Competitive pokemone (Send help), rate my team.

Hey All
Trying to make decent pokemon team for showdown OU, to start my team I went with a basic water, fire and grass core.

Milotic @ Aguav Berry
Ability: Marvel Scale
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Ice Beam or haze
- Light Screen
- Scald
- Recover

Milotic starts the core off as a specially defensive wall, it also works as a support with haze and light screen which helps stop step up like common bulk and calm mind threats. Also makes special attacker lose out on knock outs and massive damage. Milotic also works to resists fighting, ground and steel for tyranitar and water moves for charizard. Not sure if a berry item is the best choice but it has saved me many times.

Charizard-Gmax @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hurricane
- Fire Blast
- Focus Blast
- Dragon Pulse or solar beam

As the fire part of the core charizard is a somewhat fast special attacker who can knock or threaten out threats or walls like ferrothorn or coreviknight. He also prevents my tyranitar and excadrill from getting burned if it can switch in or double. Due to heavy duty boots I can switch char in alot without worry of being warn down by hazards, but i think about running choice specs to destroy on normal damage hits. Char also works as a switch for rotom moe to avoid fir hits and grass for milotic and excadrill.

Rotom-Mow @ Iapapa Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Volt Switch
- Leaf Storm
- Will-O-Wisp
- Reflect

The grass part of the core is a helps to protect against physical hits/pivot, while also keeping or gaining momentum. While providing utility with willo and reflect. Rotom is also my emergency bottom when i dont know what to do, an Milotic is down. Rotom also helps take electric hits for charizard and milotic if excadrill cant switch in.

Tyranitar @ Leftovers or weakness policy
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Crunch
- Dragon Dance
- Thunder Punch, ice punch or fire punch
- Rock Blast or stone edge

Once threats have been taken out or can not safely switch on, tyranitar has a easy time setting up and washing the other team. Tyran also sets up stand for excadrill to become a speed freak and either get some quick stealth rocks up, rapid spin or dynmax and knock some fools out. Also really can't pick between rock blast or stone edge, I've lost so many games from three misses in a row but when it hits, it HITS HARD.

Excadrill @ Focus Sash
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Iron Head
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake

Excadrill works well with tyranitar through sand, but he's also a much needed physical hitter on this team. Besides being a hard hitting option and a great dynmax user, excadrill give great support in rapid spinning and stealth rock setting. He also stop electric types from smacking charizard and Milotic if moe cant switch in for them.

Espeon @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Magic Bounce
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Shadow Ball
- Dazzling Gleam
- Psychic
- Psyshock

I wanted something that could hit hard and fast, but mostly revenge kill. I though Espeon could provide great coverage for dragons and unsuspecting ghost types. An magic bounce just makes unsuspecting fools. But im starting to think quiver dance specs ribombee might be a better option as it would resist bug (which my team is kinda weak too) and dragon types types.

Some final notes
Thought I could get away with a bug weakness as it's an uncommon type in my opinion besides u-turn. I read the posting rules, so sorry in advance if accidently missed one guys and girls.

Cheers Iced-bananas
