new to smogon stall RMT

ok this is my first post and i need help, i always do balanced or themed teams so i dont know anything about stall, so i give it a try and this is the result 4wins /1 lose but all hard battles:
(dont know how to put images, sorry; also the format is stolen)
------------------------------------------------

skarmory @ sheed shell
Ability: keen eye
EVs: 254 HP/64 Atk/192 Def/
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Brave Bird
- Spikes
- Roost
- Whirlwind

(thinking of changing it for tran or gliscor but i like to put spikes since the begining)

So here it is, i prefer to lay the spikes first because theyre more helpfull vs the stells and infernape that cause me some problems, why to chose it over the other 2 spikers (foretress and frosslas) well frosslass is out of question and foretress cant heal. How it does vs the general leads:

1. Metagross - Metagross means 2-3 layers of spikes, one as he use Rocks another as he changes, if it decides to attack i can get the 3 so no problems here.

2. Azelf - Azelf generaly carry fire blast, if not then taut is fore sure, so i go to ttar as they trow rocks, pursuit + sand = dead azelf my only problem is if they use explosion, yeah explosion hurts

3. Jirachi - Vs non-scarfed ones i can get 2 layers, the problem is that all jirachis are scarfed with trick, solution: change to ttar to absorb the trick, the problem is if they decide to attack, it will severaly hurt ttar and after a jirachi kill my scarm with 5 flinches and 2 crits in a row i dont know what to do T_T

4. Swampert - vs swampert i can get 2 layers of spikes easily, 1 as they throw rocks, and another as they roar, or change, if they attack depending of the attack i can stay, or swith to cress or sometimes tenta (only if im confident they dont carry eartquake)

5. Aerodactyl - Thanks god Aero is not common anymore, not only they can taunt me, also brave bird is a 4hko at best. the trick is to switch as they taunt to gliscor and stone edge them (yeah i know its not the best plan, but i have already said that i need help ;) )

6. Infernape - Sadly i cant kill infernape before he kills me, so i go directly to tenta and start laying the toxic spikes, if he taunts me i just surf him.

7. Hippowdon - Shh if i see a hippo lead i know it will be a hard and long batle, but nvm, it should go like this: he use rocks as i spike, i whirlwind him as he roars and i go to a counter to his poke or continue spiking

8. Bronzong - sight a bronzong lead generally speaking is going to set up rocks, then the field effect of choice, and finally putting me to sleep or booming (not vs skarm) so i lay 2 spikes and change to the status absorber (cress)

9. Ninjask - I really, really hate ninjasks, seriously they shout bpass chain inmediatly, but its not a problem simply i use spikes as they sub, again as they dance and whirlwind when they bpass

10. Tyranitar - Mmmmm decicions, decisions. Ttar is hard to predict, it could mean 2-3 layers of spikes, or 1 layer and a dead skarm, i spike as they use rocks and change to gliscor, but if Ttar use sub then im in problems (is hard to beat)

11. Heatran - Run like the wind to tenta

12. Roserade - go to cress to absorb the sleep and then to tenta to put the toxic spikes, in case they attack ice beam (yeah i need a better lead)

13. Smeargle - This is pure pain, first thing to do is change to cress to absorb the sleep, then return to skarm and here comes the tricky part, if they try to use some statbooster i whirlwhind them, if they use hazards i do the same, when smeargle has 1 layer of rocks and 2 of spikes i change to tenta and spin them (this is of course theorycall i have never encounter a smeargle lead thats no scarfed)

14. Abomasnow - OK this is a funny match up, first thing to do is use spikes as they sub, then i change to tenta as they use leech seed or blizzard both are lolable ;), this could bakfire me obiously if abomasnow uses blizzard first turn, but that doesnt happen for some reason

15. Mamoswine - a good match up, mamo cant touch skarm so i can easily lay 2/3 layers of spikes

well this is my lead, a more or less shakky lead but having the ability to put 2 spike layers asap is to good to pass on, not to mention that metagross most used lead cant touch it, shed shell is for the ocassional zone thats waiting for a easy kill and i have roost for recovery

Heatren @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP/16 SAtk/240 SDef
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Eartquake
- Overheat
- Substitute
- Roar

Heatren is the member of the team im having more doubts, first, as you can tell is very heavy SDef and the reason is to complement skarm and Phaze the special attackers that scare skarm, but its dieing to quicky even with all those ev, so im thinking of replacing him or should i give him rocks and make him the lead??

Tyranitar @ Choice Band
Ability: Sandstream
EVs: 252 HP/40 Atk/216 SDef
Careful nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Stone Edge
- Eartquake
- Pursuit
- Crunch

Ok this is the reason why i dont run hippodown, ttar activates the sand and is my second special wall and answer to all those frail special sweepers, between the nature, the evs and the sandstorm i can take a Focus Blast from alakazam 0.o and retaliate with a pursuit even if they change, a very good answer to latias btw
this Ttar is having troubles with defensive rotoms since they will o wisp me befor i can crunch them

Tentacruel @ Leftovers
Ability: Liquid Ooze
EVs: 252 HP/126 Def/136 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Toxic Spikes
- Surf
- Knock Off
- Rapid Spin

The only and unique tenta, this is my first special wall, this beauty also spins away the opponent entry hazzards and knock off theyr items, my primary answer to infernape the evs are made so scarftran cant 2hko this not even with earth power

Gliscor @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 252 HP/40 Def/216 Spd
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Stealth Rock
- Roost

This is my second wall, ans it does its job well, first it lays the ever important rocks on the field, second: its my principal answer to sd luke simply change as it dances, then earthquake him, easy, the only proble is if they carry ice punch, but not many do, stone edge is for incoming gyaras/mences giving them a solid hit even after intimidate (with the exeption of bulky gyara)

Cresselia @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/200 Def/58 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Ice Beam
- Toxic

I bet you saw it comming, the best mixed wall outthere, well she helps me principaly with mence, since virtually nothing can Ohko her i can come in when mence does about anything and ko back with ice beam, if it dances an outrage leaves me with something like 25% so i go for the thunder wave in case he changes and then ohko thanks to ice beam simple right??

Threat List:

Azelf - for leads i go to TTar and pursuit them, sadly my TTar doesnt particulary like exposions

Breloom - let cress absorb the sleep and then change to skarm and brave bird/whirldwind him

Dragonite - cresselia handles him pretty well

Dugtrio - Serious problems, dugtrio can trap and ohko 3 of my pokemons altough the other 3 laught in his face

Electivire - Cresselia shuts him down completelly, gliscor can laught at half the thing he can throw and treaten him back with earthquakes

Empoleon - Heatren takes he hit like a man and then roars away his boosts.

Flygon - cant do anything to skarm

Gallade - skarm and gliscor shuts him down

Gengar - ok here heatren can come in any attack not named focus blast and ohko back with overheat taking a focus blast in the proces and not dieing,
ttar is in the same ship using crunch, and unless its specsed it cant 2hko cress

Gyarados - mymy this is troubles, tauntless gyarados are harmless between skarm and cress, but if it has taunt then my only hope is gliscor stone edge, and if its bulky gyara with lefties and taunt then im in problems

Heatran - ttar laught in his face as he discovers that earth power from scarftran is a 4hko at best

Heracross - skarm and gliscor to the rescue

Infernape - cant break neither tenta nor cress

Jolteon - again TTar says hi and earthquakes him to the next week

Kingdra - damm this thing break walls hard, luckily toxic spike speak his doom,
and i can always whirlwind with skar (although eating a hidro pump in the proces) i hate kingdra

Latias - Ttar, specially my Ttar murders latias

Lucario - usually gliscor gets the job done, if not i can always whirlwind it

Machamp - i need to alternate between cress gliscor and skarm, recovering when possible

Magnezone - Ttar and heatren with high special defenses can come in and ohko

Mamoswine - skarm is like the inmovible object to mamo

Metagross - same as mamo, exept gliscor doesnt have fear

Porygon-Z - ok this is not good, i need smart switching between ttar, heatren and tentacruel, this thing hits hard

Rhyperior - again skarm whirlwind him, gliscor earthquakes and the spikes and toxic spikes do their magic

Salamence - cress handles almost all mences specially if changes in the dance

Scizor - skarm and gliscor are my primary options, heatren only if im sure a bp is coming

Starmie - my only safe switch in is cress them ttar (not the best switch but as soon as ttar hits the field with moderate health is bye bye to starmie)

Suicune - toxic spike murder all offensive suicunes, vs a crocune my only chance is ttar and even he will fall miserably after some cms

Togekiss - annoying as hell, only cress can come somewath safe

Tyranitar - unpredictable, the ddance and choice set are beaten by gliscor, but the mixed and boa give me headaches

Weavile - cant pass skarm no matter what he does

Yanmega - heatren is my primary switch

Zapdos - TTar is more that enough to handle zapdos, toxic zapdos is beaten by heatren and cress can handle some hits too

so as you can see im very bad at stall teams, so please rate and help me i feel something missing

First of all, spell check. At the bare minimum. There's no reason for claiming Skarmory is holding a "sheed shell" or claiming you're running "Heatren". That was painful to read.

I'd recommend switching the positions of Gliscor and Skarmory in your team. Stealth Rock is quicker than Spikes in terms of its set-up, and you'll have plenty of chances to switch in Skarmory later.

Heatran has Earthquake, not a good choice. Anyways, Earthquake is not the move you want to use on Heatran since Heatran has a rather medicore Attack stat compared to Heatran's excellent Special Attack stat. So the move you are looking for is the one and only Earth Power. With Earth Power, you will hit with Heatran's better offensive stat and retain the ability to hit opposing Heatran and others like Tyranitar as well for decent damage.

Next off, you are using all forms of residual damage on this team, ( Stealth Rock, Toxic Spikes, and Spikes ), however, you lack a Rapid Spin blocker. That's like making a Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich and forgetting the bread. Sure the Peanut Butter and Jelly is delicious, but it's kinda useless without the bread. The best thing I can think of is a ResTalking Rotom-W over... something, most likely Cresselia. 252 HP / 252 Def Bold Rotom-W with Hydro Pump / Thunderbolt / Rest / Sleep Talk lets you block Spin, and many other things. Rotom-W is also a nice mixed wall so to speak just like your Cresselia and still absorbs status just like Cresselia as well.

Let us fix that Skarmory EV spread of yours...try 252 HP / 200 Def / 36 SpD / 20 Spe so that you get the jump on opposing Skarmory and almost always outspeed Tyranitar trying to Stone Edge for the 2HKO. You gain more durability with that spread while outspeeding the aforementioned Pokemon.

Some other ideas are to run Forretress over Skarmory and use Gyarados over Tentacruel if you make that change. Gyarados will provide your team with more insurance against Lucario in case your Gliscor has gone down. By switching Tentacruel, you lose out on a spinner and Toxic Spiker. Forretress can Rapid Spin and set up Spikes and Toxic Spikes, just like Tentacruel can with TS and Skarm with Spikes. Gyarados also gies your team an Intimidate user, making it much easier to deal with Physical threats.

If you decide to use Forry, use 252 Special Defense, 252 HP, 6 Def, Careful Nature, Rapid Spin, Toxic Spikes, Spikes, and Payback with Shed Shell. Forretress can set up Toxic Spikes on Pokemon such as Latias without HP Fire, Metagross, Bronzong, etc. It can also hurt the Ghost-types that try to come in an prevent you from using Rapid Spin with payback, which will dent the common Rotom Appliances and Gengar quite nicely. For Gyarados, 252 HP/ 252 Defense/ 6 Spe, Impish, Rest, Sleep Talk, Waterfall, Roar works amazingly well on stall teams. With Gyarados' ability to take on threats such as Heatran, Lucario and Infernape, it makes a great Pokemon to use. It can also phaze away threats with Roar and recover it's HP with Rest.

If you want to replace Heatran, Blissey would most likely be the best choice in that position. It provides Wish support for your team, healing Forretress if you decide to use it and also heals your Tyranitar as well. It is also the best Special Wall in the game, keeping a multitude of Special Attackers in their place. Wish/Protect/Seismic Toss/ Toxic is the ideal set. Seismic Toss is chosen over Flamethrower since you can cover the Pokemon Flamethrower is mainly for, such as Luke, with Gliscor and Gyarados.

wow thanks alot that sure help, im doing the changes
right now im gonna make gliscor the lead with taunt over stone edge, change heatren for wishbliss (in case you were wondering why i chose earthquake over earth power is to hit other Tyranitars harder) and add a restalk rotom over cresselia (not sure if wash or heat since i want to hit luke hard but salamance is a pain with rotom h)
