XY OU New to team making team

Im new to team making and just wanted some advice in what pokemon to take out and what pokemon to put in place,any advice would be helpful!

first there is swellow

just a standard swellow, i use it to clean up at the end of the match with protect, facade combo

hydregion

ability-levitate
nature-Timid

moves-flamethrower,draco meteor,dark pulse,flash cannon

4 spec def

i was thinking of using dragonite over hydregion just for the dragon dance but i use hydregion over preference, flash cannon on the fairy switch ins again just a standard set

Mega manectric

ability-lightening rod/intimidate
nature-Timid
item-manectite
moves-thunderbolt,flamethrower,volt switch,hidden power ice
252 spec attack
252 speed
4 hp

wanted to use a electric mega, since i have a dragon i chose manectric, flamethrower over overheat if i wanted to keep manectric in for a bit, hp ice for dragon type switch ins such as garchomp etc

Jellicent

ability-cursed body
nature-calm
item-rocky helmet * need to find leftovers*
moves-shadow ball,will-o-wisp,recover,scald

cursed body jellicent to stop super effective moves, then recovering, will-o-wisp just to burn and weaken and for stab coverage with burn

Galvantula

ability-compound eyes

item-focus sash
moves- sticky web,volt switch,bug buzz,thunder

4 spec def

sticky web focus sash lead, compound eyes for thunder acc boost

Eelektross

ability-levitate
nature-Timid

moves-thunderbolt,flash cannon,flamethrower,grass knot

my pride and joy, eelektross speed does let it down with a base speed of 50 but sticky web support can help it with outspeeding, 105 spec attack with choice specs can 1/2ko alot of pokemon with great coverage any pokemon is threatened out by this monster

any advice would be helpful, i was thinking of putting exploud on this team to use the sticky web and maybe a physical attacker so any suggestions would be good

You should make sure that you have 3 or more lines about each pokemon describing the choice of EVs, moves, attacks, item, etc. otherwise your thread will be locked.
