Hey, overall i'm new to competitive pokemon but I think I nailed a pretty good OU team for a beginner with some help from a friend. But, I wanna try UU and so far came up with a base plan of this

Aggron (M) @ Shuca Berry
Ability: Rock Head
EVs: 152 HP/252 Atk/106 Def
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Substitute
- Iron Head
Stealth Rockin' lead with small damage capability
---
Absol (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Super Luck
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Sucker Punch
- Psycho Cut
- Stone Edge
Main physical sweeper because STAB Sucker Punch is just an amazing counter move
---
Victreebel (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 76 HP/182 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Sludge Bomb
- Solarbeam
- Sleep Powder
- Hidden Power [Ice]
Main special sweep after castform has thrown out a Sunny Day with the freedom to pick anymove.
---
Venomoth (M) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Tinted Lens
EVs: 252 Spd/252 SAtk/4 SDef
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Bug Buzz
- Hidden Power [Dragon]
- Air Cutter
- Roost
Damage dealer with his tinted lenses to look cool, but seriously he hits hard on almost anything but neutrals
---
Blaziken (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/4 SDef
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Flare Blitz
- Earthquake
- Thunderpunch
- Stone Edge
Physical sweeping with a try for type coverage although i'm debating putting Superpower back in for Stone Edge.
---
Castform (M) @ Heat Rock
Ability: Forecast
EVs: 252 Spd/252 SAtk/4 SDef
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Sunny Day
- Thunder Wave
- Flamethrower
- Ice Beam
Supplys my weather and can throw paralysis around
while also gaining a STAB Flamethrower
---
Overall this has stood up 50/50 in the matches I played and need some advice on how to improve this a bit.

Thanks in advance to anyone who take there time to read this.

Welcome to Smogon. Please read the rules before posting again. This thread is clearly in violation of rule 3:

RMT rules said:
3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.
