ORAS OU New with Bulding Teams - Could need Help =)

Hay guys,
as you can read in the title im completely new with building Teams ^^
So if my Team is shity im sry :D
I really dont have a Strategy or something like that, dont know which i should use.
Of all my games i played with this Team i won something like 45% maybe?
(btw im new here, so dont hate me if i did anything wrong)
Here we go:

200px-Sugimori_127m1.png

Pinsir (M) @ Pinsirite
Ability: Moxie
Happiness: 0
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Close Combat
- Frustration
- Stone Edge

Pinsir is my Sweeper.
I gave him Moves against every effektive Pokemon.
Works well till now.

200px-Sugimori_472.png

Gliscor @ Yache Berry
Ability: Hyper Cutter
EVs: 252 HP / 196 SpD / 60 Spe
Timid Nature
- Baton Pass
- Substitute
- Swords Dance
- Taunt

Gliscor for Baton Pass to boost Pinsir.
Just using Sword Dance and Baton Pass.
Sometimes i use Taunt too.
Substitute i use nearly never, cause it gets destroyed too fast.

250px-254Sceptile.png

Sceptile @ Red Card
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
IVs: 30 Def / 30 SpD / 30 Spe
- Swords Dance
- Leaf Blade
- Drain Punch
- Acrobatics

Sceptile is one of my favorite favorite Pokemons so i really want to play with him ^^
Using the Red Card to activate his ability, get a maybe bad Pokemon from the enemy on the Field and damage it with the Stealth Rocks from Aggron. I play him physical cause i think he go some better physical moves.

togekiss.jpg

Togekiss @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 248 HP / 216 Def / 44 Spe
Bold Nature
- Air Slash
- Roost
- Heal Bell
- Nasty Plot

If theres a Better choice then Togekiss then i can take him out, but this dude survived 3x froze and things like that, really like him. I mean, hes just really tanky against physical attacks and deals some nice dmg.

250px-306Aggron.png

Aggron @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Spe
Careful Nature
- Dragon Tail
- Thunder Wave
- Taunt
- Stealth Rock Aggron is my Lead, i think you can see how i use him.
Dont know with wich move i should replace Taunt.
And i dont need the Leftovers too, what should i give to him?
Really dont need Taunt on him.

200px-Sugimori_395.png

Empoleon @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Scald
- Iron Defense Empoleon is just one of my favorite Pokemons too.
Not sure how i should play him.
Would be nice if you guys got some ideas.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It would be really nice if i only need to change some Moves, Items or Abilitys.
Cause this are one of my Favorite Pokemon and i really would like to play with them.
If its not possible with them, just say it. If i really need to im gonna switch them.
And i dont want to play with Legendarys ^^
Btw, all the Games i won, i won them because of Pinsir. This dude sweeped everything out :D

I get that you new, but these are all the wrong things. I adore Mega Pinsir, so I want this team to be successful.
First of all, Aggron is a very unviable lead, so we need to change that. Hippowdown can fill this role better, while not having the 4x weakness.
you NEED NEED NEED defog/rapid spin support in order for Mega Pinsir to come in and do damage, and fulfill its role as a late-game sweeper. You don't want to use legends, but you will have to in this situation, because it's pointless to have your defogger to be WEAK to rocks, so drop Togekiss for Latias, who can be used as healing wish support and hazard removal. Keldeo with choice specs OHKOes Gliscor regardless with scald, so Yache Berry is fairly pointless. change the set on Empoleon, and change Sceptile's Red Card to Life Orb, and changed Sceptile to Serperior, because Serperior is its Serperior in every way (PUNS c:)

tl;dr

Hippowdon (Moto Moto) > Aggron

Latias > Togekiss

Tweak Set On Gliscor + Empoleon

Serperior > Sceptile

Tweak Set on Mega Pinsir

Sets:

Moto Moto (Hippowdon) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Force
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Slack Off
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic

Latias @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 170 HP / 86 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Healing Wish
- Defog
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock

Empoleon @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 56 SpA / 200 SpD
Calm Nature
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Roar
- Stealth Rock

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 244 HP / 8 Def / 200 SpD / 56 Spe
Careful Nature
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Knock Off
- Roost

Pinsir @ Pinsirite
Ability: Hyper Cutter
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Return
- Close Combat
- Quick Attack

Hope I helped c:

Thy. Changed everything except latias. Is there really no other pokemon then latias i could use for that? Im playing mostly against my friends, and whe all dont use legends. Thats why. ^^ It doesnt need to be as good as Latias, just need to fulfill his role.

Ah, i forgot to say. I have some problems with playing against a Skarmory. How should i play against him when hes bringing out stealth rocks and then roaring me all the time.

If you're having troubles with Skarmory, then keep Gliscor alive. Gliscor is the only mon on your team with Taunt, and seeing as you have no Magic Bouncer, the only way you can reliably deal with Skarmory without using a Specially-Offensive Victini (it's a god, by the way). As for hazard setting, I recommend having an Omastar as a lead (set will be at the bottom of the post). This is due to the fact Omastar gets access to every Hazard except Sticky Web (might want to invest in a Custap Berry Sturdy Shuckle for that) and Icy Wind. Icy Wind is a good support move purely for the fact it can #1: Slow down fast threats for Pinsir and #2: It has a chance to OHKO Gliscor & Garchomp. However, an Oblivious Mamoswine with Focus Sash could also work, allowing you to reliably get up Stealth Rocks, and chip away at Gliscor, Garchomp or an opposing Sceptile-Mega with Ice Shard or Icicle Spear.

As far as hazard control goes, it depends on your playstyle. Defoggers are unreliable, usually due to the fact they take 2x or even 4x damage to Stealth Rocks. They also clear the hazards you set, meaning they can freely switch any mon they want in (like a T-Flame, for instance). A Choice Scarfed Rapid Spin Excadrill or even an Assault Vest Tentacruel are good spinners, though both weak to ground. Also, may I suggest Feint > Stone Edge? Feint has +3 Priority, and can go through any Staller's protect, making it a valuable asset, seeing as you can get a hit off on an E-Speed D-Nite. It also means it wont miss, and it also outspeeds a Lopunny's Fake Out when it mega's first time out.

For hazard control, I use an interesting choice: Assault Vest Donphan. It brings some much-needed Special Defense to your team while still having an offensive presence- and it's not legendary either. I usually use this set:
Donphan@Assault Vest
Ability: Sturdy
EV spread: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 SpD
Adamant nature
-Rapid Spin
-Earthquake
-Knock Off
-Play Rough
Unlike Defog, Rapid Spin only removes hazards on your side of the field. Knock Off is to ensure the KO on enemies like Gengar, and Earthquake is Donphan's primary STAB. Play Rough is to hit common switch-ins like Lati@s, Kyurem-B and Garchomp. For Donphan, I would replace Omastar. You don't really need two stealth rocks on your team, and Omastar is weak to common moves like Earthquake.
In my opinion, Excadrill is too frail to be a good spinner unless you can scare something out. This might seem a bit strange, but may I suggest Alakazam>Excadrill? Your team already provides a solid answer to stuff like Bisharp, but it has a big weakness to Fighting-types. Exca goes down easily from stuff like Mach Punch, too. I'd suggest this set:
Alakazam@Life Orb/Focus Sash
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 4Def/252SpA/252 Spe
Timid nature
-Psyshock/Psychic
-Focus Blast
-Shadow Ball
-Hidden Power Ice
Psyshock deals with AV Conkeldurr, while Psychic is there for Mega Venusaur. Which one you go with really depends on which one you feel is a greater threat. True, Pinsir provides a counter for both, but it's not a very good idea to have your mega be the only counter to common Pokémon. Hidden Power Ice OHKO's Landorus-T.
Psychic can't OHKO Mega Venusaur, and likewise, Psyshock can't OHKO Conkeldurr, unless you have a Life Orb. I think you should go Life Orb because you can still beat said threats with a sash, but I noticed all members of your team are weak to a priority move (although Ice Shard is pretty rare).
That's all I've got for you. I hope I helped you out! :)

First off, I'd like to "politely disagree" with some of your views. So first is Donphan. Useless. Sorry, but it is. Sturdy is going to get broken by the Hazards on the field without Lefties, so automatically it has no use. With its low speed, mons such as Victini can take advantage of the fact you're going to rapid spin and energy ball you to your death, as it outspeeds and has the decent 100/100/100 bulk. Also, "Exca goes down easily from stuff like Mach Punch". Oh my lord. Alakazam has
terrible physical bulk and health. Without Sash, Bullet Punch would ohko. This set doesn't have much to deal with M Scizor, or really regular Scizor. Alakazam goes down to Priority more often than Excadrill would. You don't need Alakazam, because most priority is Physical, and M Pinsir would have easily dealt with this if it had at least Quick Attack. Tentacruel would be a better rapid spinner than Donphan with Assault Vest, because it has more speed as well as coverage (Acid Spray for support, Rapid Spin for support, Scald for h4x and coverage and possible Dazzling Gleam for dragon types, as it doesn't have a chance to miss, unlike Donphan). I'm not going to continue on anymore, as I could go for ages and I'm just disagreeing, but yeah.
