Currently, this is my team.
it took a long time for me to put together, as I am new to the competitive scene!
I feel overwhelmed by the amount of options and strategies, and I am very indecisive, but I have chosen to try sticking to this one team.

Please critique as thoroughly as you can!

Froslass (F) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Snow Cloak
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Ice Beam
- Destiny Bond
- Spikes
- Taunt
^Basically my Suicide Lead Pokemon and checker.

Togekiss @ Razor Fang
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Air Slash
- Thunder Wave
- Flamethrower
- Dazzling Gleam
^The Fairy that slows down the opponent, via Flinch, TW and Anti Dragon.

Arcanine @ Life Orb
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 76 HP / 252 Atk / 176 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Extreme Speed
- Flare Blitz
- Wild Charge
- Close Combat
^Basic Physical Attacker/Sweeper with diversity of types in movepool. The Flash Fire takes Fire attacks as a boost, rather than chip damage.

Lucario-Mega (M) @ Lucarionite
Ability: Adaptability
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Earthquake
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
^My physical go-to Mega-Sweeper.

Vaporeon @ Leftovers (definitely keeping this, and has helped sustain team very often)
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Protect
- Scald
- Roar
- Wish
^the water soaker, wall and cleric. Takes water attacks such as Scald as a recovery in HP.

Goodra @ Assault Vest (May be replaced)
Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Focus Blast
- Thunder
- Ice Beam
- Sludge Bomb
^My Special Tank, offensively and defensively, with diverse typing in movepools for flexibility and type coverage. The Sap sipper takes in leech seed as basically Immunity.

What flaws or possible weaknesses can be found? Any suggestions? Please help!
Just a good thorough critique can get me boosted!

You should add 2-3 lines beneath each of them detailing how you use them and what the general strategy is for getting the most constructive responses. Arcanine with Flash Fire seems inferior to Intimidate for switch-in safety and general utility, but if you plan on using Frosslass as fire bait it could work. Gooey is mostly used by people as lowering people's speed is always a nice bonus for slow tanks like Goodra, while getting a grass immunity though Goodra resists it anyway and a worthless attack boost... don't really see the point of that.

I see, thank you for the tips.
i will edit the original post to make things clearer.

*edit: updated original post for clarity.

I dont know how open you are to changing your team, but as it is your team has a glaring weakness to psychic types, particularly bulky ones like reuniclus or gardevoir. I mean you might be able to spam airslash with togekiss but I wouldnt count on it. Maybe consider putting crunch on arcanine, actually my recommendation for your team is to run a special lucario because you have a physical attacking arcanine already. Try this set

Lucario @ lucarionite
timid/modest
252Speed, 252 Sp.Atk, 4 HP
  • Nasty Plot
  • Vacuum Wave
  • Flash Cannon
  • Dark pulse/shadow ball
This varies up your sweepers and allows you to hit psychic types very hard with a dark pulse or shadow ball.

So yeah you have two physical sweepers and no dark or ghost moves so either keep both as physical but give arcanine crunch or switch to a special Luke

Thank you!^
I am going to try and run Arcanine with Crunch first.
If that does not go well,
I will go for the special Lucario.

as for my Goodra, I am not sure if it should stay.
I feel it could be replaced with a Toxic Orb Gliscor, at least.. or maybe something else.

More ideas are welcome, ofc! :]

Hello.
Your descriptions are too short to fit the RMT rules requirements.
I encourage you to PM me an updated version of this team with beefed up descriptions, and since you're new, to join the Mentor Program. I'll be unlocking this thread after that.

Have a nice day.
