ORAS OU Newbie first team help

Hey, this is me finally trying to build a competitive team for the first time after breeding/training and trading alot of competitive pokemon. Any opinions/tips are greatly appreciated. here's my team.

Scizor
Item: Scizorite
Ability: Technician
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 Def
Move 1 Defog
Move 2 Roost
Move 3 Bullet Punch
Move 4 Knock Off/U-turn (can't really decide)

Heatran
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Flash fire
Nature: Calm
EVs: 252 HP/252 Sp.D/4 Sp.A
Move 1 Lava Plume
Move 2 Toxic
Move 3 Stealth Rocks
Move 4 Taunt?

Talonflame
Item: Choice Band

Rotom-W
Item: Chesto Berry

Landorus-T
I dont know whether I should use a defensive or offensive one, or maybe even completely replace him.

Any thoughts on this?
 
You need more description for each Pokemon: at least 3 lines of text explaining why the EV spreads are used and why you chose each move.

And just a quick note. If you used Lando, you would have four Pokemon that are 4x weak to something. That's not a very good idea. So I would suggest switching up some members, or add in solid walls to those types you are 4x weak to. (Scizor - Fire, Talonflame - Rock, Lando-T - Ice, Heatran - Ground)
