hi guys am just made an account on this wonderful forums and i'd like to know where to find good resources for laerning compettilve battling in here, like replays of match of high rating players, meta game, some good sample team..And i already knew all basics knowledge so if u have some idea to help me pls share it love to see.Thanks you

there is a tutor program you can find here http://www.smogon.com/forums/forums/battling-101.42/
and plenty of material, including metagame discussion like viability rankings, teambuilding resources, like roles compendiums and stuff, and also sample teams. http://www.smogon.com/forums/forums/overused.281/
check rate my team subforum aswell. http://www.smogon.com/forums/forums/rate-my-team.52/ ppl post its teams here and explain it's choices and sets.
also, there are good youtubers providing pretty educational content, like pokeaim (https://www.youtube.com/user/pokeaimMD) and blunder (https://www.youtube.com/user/Thunderblunder777) comes to mind, but there are others. they are mainly focused on sun and moon now, but you can check their oras videos to start getting the way they think about making their plays.
