Ninjask
Reason: Ninjask is the fastest OU and one of the fastest Ubers. He has terrible stats in every other category. This screams "Baton Pass."
evs 176HP/252 Atk/80 Spe
Jolly
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Speed Boost
Swords Dance
Protect
Substitute
Baton Pass

Swords Dance: This is the whole basis of my team. Ninjask uses substitute then swords dance, protects to get an extra speed boost then baton passes to gallade or scizor.

Protect: Ninjask can stall with a combination of substitute and protect to raise it's speed... and it's team-mates.

Substitute: Ninjask regains the damage from substitute fairly quickly because of leftovers and will make itself invulnerable for at least a turn. Combine this with protect and you have a very fast team.

Baton Pass: Ninjask can Baton Pass his stat boosts from speed boost and swords dance to gallade or scizor, creating insane sweepers.

Gallade
Reason: 1 Gallade is awesome, 2 Surprise value, how many times have you seen a Gallade in an OU battle? Gallade can be devastating with the right stat boosts. (Provided by Ninjask) And if ninjask is out long enough, it can out-speed Scarf flygon.
Evs. 4Hp/252 Atk? 252 Spe
Jolly
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Steadfast
Close Combat
Stone Edge
Ice Punch
Psycho Cut

Close Combat: This is the crux of the set and will decimate common threats like heatran and lucario. Capable of 2HKOing zapdos after a swords dance boost and SR. Only downside is the def/spd drop and that would be a problem if not for ninjask's speed boost.

Stone Edge: This is mainly for zapdos and other flyers. Capable of OHkoing Zapdos and Gyrados after SD and SR.

Ice Punch: Gliscor and Celebi laugh at anything other that this. The freeze hax could be helpful in some situations but I won't be relying on it too much. Can OHKO Gliscor after SD.

Psycho Cut: This is pretty much for ghosts or anything that resists all of my other moves. Also, can 2HKO lead machamp after a SD.

Rotom-W
Scarf Rotom-W is my revenge killer. Thanks to for pointing out that I didn't have one. If a Gyrados/Zapdos/Heatran/Infernape/Mamoswine/almost anything gets the upper hand on my gallade/scizor, Rotom comes and avenges them.
Evs 252 SpA/4SpD/252 Spe
Timid
Item: Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
Shadow Ball
Thunderbolt
Hydro Pump
Trick

Thunderbolt: Bye Bye Gyrados, I don't think any further description is needed. Its got STAB, and it's electric, what could be better?

Hydro Pump: It just got better... No STAB, but decent accuracy and the ability to Revenge kill Mamoswine, Infernape, and Heatran, certainly helps.

Shadow Ball: More STAB... "sigh" Shadow Ball can wreck gengar and other ghosts. Especially other rotom forms.

Trick: BLISSEY, YOU JUST GOT OWNED! Trick swaps the choice scarf with the opponents item to cripple them. Just imagine what you could do to a swampert... Speaking of...

260.png

Swampert
Reason: ENEMY TANK APPROACHING!!!!! Swampert will KEEL heatran (Without hidden power grass) and can take pretty much every attack.
Evs 252 HP/ 252 Def/ 4 Spd
Relaxed
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
Stealth Rock
Earthquake
Ice Beam
Roar

Stealth Rock: You have Gallade out, opponent brings in zapdos, Zapdos takes 25% of it's health as damage from stealth rock (you can tell, i really don't like zapdos right?) gallade uses stone edge, zapdos faints. Point given.

Earthquake: As I said before, this KEELS heatran. As well as pretty much every other fire type (Except charzard, moltres, and infernape because of grass knot).

Ice Beam: This 2HKOs celebi, this is a good thing, but you risk taking a leaf storm. Zapdos also falls to this. Torterra faints rather quickly. Also good for other swampert.

Roar: The cheapest thing ever, set up stealth rock and start roaring. Believe it or not, this makes swampert a phaser!

blissey_sprite.png

Blissey
Reason: MOAR PHASING!!!!!!!! Blissey can provide wish support or just stall and wait for toxic to claim its victims with protect.
EVs 252 HP/ 252 Def/ 4 Spd
Bold
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
Wish
Seismic Toss
Protect
Toxic

Wish: Blissey is an asset to it's whole team (Except maybe ninjask) with wish. Also, Blissey can PP stall with wish and protect and Phase with toxic.

Seismic toss: Seismic toss is, in my opinion, blissey's best attack. always doing 100 damage. Not very much, but more than flamethrower on anything but scizor and forretress.

Protect: Protect will let Blissey pretty much take the wait turn out of wish. Combining all other moves with protect works pretty well too.

Toxic: This is useful for Phasing. That and it will let blissey do more that 100 measly points of damage every turn.

scizor.png

Scizor
Reason: You know you saw this coming. This monster of a sweeper TEARS through teams with that bullet punch of death, Wrecks team-wide threats like tyranitar and magnezone, and even scouts with U-turn.
Evs 148 HP/ 252 Atk/ 8 Spe
Adamant
Item: Choice Band
Ability: Technician
Bullet Punch
U-Turn
Superpower
Persuit

Bullet Punch: 20 PP+ Choice Band+STAB+Priority+Massive attack=WOW. Scizor's bullet punch one of the most powerful attacks in the game... AND IT HAS PRIORITY. After a swords dance boost from ninjask, this monster will not leave anything alive... AT ALL.

U-turn Don't expect anything as dramatic-__-. U turn will make a pretty big dent in the opponent's health bar, Scizor can also scout with this, and the choice band doesn't trap you because, YOU SWITCH OUT.

Superpower: Nothing too special about this. Scizor can superpower away tyranitar and magnezone as well as less common threats like Houndoom. (assuming scizor can out-speed it.)

Persuit: Things run from scizor. Scizor is scary. This wrecks celebi and rotom form's (Other than H) chances at greatness. In fact, most ghosts have trouble surviving this one. Just try not to switch into a will-o-wisp.

Feel free to criticize.

First: Get some pictures of the pokemon up, and right some brief explanations so we can see why you've made those decisions.

What is Hippowdon doing for you? He generates a Sand Storm which is going to hurt every member of your team except for your Revenge Killer. Think of another physical wall. Skarmory could work, but it would increase your weakness to fire. An Aerodactyl can taunt you and shut down your Ninjalade. I play a team that's actually quite similar to yours, with Gallade, it might be worth it to consider Hypnosis, you currently have no sleep support on this team. Sleeping your opponents Gallade switch-in could be a good idea.

In brief:
Get a Pokemon that fits in better than Hippowdon
Have a backup plan if Ninjask gets owned by Aerodactyl (seriously man, Xscissor won't touch it if it Taunts you.)
Think about sleep support.

For aerodactyl i gots mah scizor.

Hypnosis is innacurate, then again i could just get zapdos with ice punch. I considered skarmory, but heatran would just be... ugh. Maybe swampert.

Changed Gallade stone edge to hypnosis, replaced hippowdon with swampert.

I got your message, interesting team... If I were to rate this properly, you'd end up down 3 members at least, including your Ninjask and your Gallade whom I'd assume this team was based around. I can also tell you're somewhat new here, so I think the best way to improve is simple battling experience. Like others have said, read the forum rules, especially for this forum in the future. Anyways what I guess I'm saying is, I'll let you discover for yourself how to best edit this team- I'll just push you in the right direction.

Rotom's set is sort of a combination of 3 different sets, and mashed together like that it simply will not perform. Since you lack a revenge killer, I'd change his forme to washe and run a scarf set. This will hopefully limit the sweeping of such dangerous threats as Infernape, Heatran and Gyarados for a team currently ill-prepared to face them.

Ninjask can run a slightly more effective set. Try Leftovers > Focus Sash and Substitute > X-Scissor. This allows you to get way more speed and usually a swords dance as well, by simply substituting-protecting and dancing when you can.

Hypnosis, in my opinion, is really awful on Gallade. I'd go back to using Stone Edge, or Zen Headbutt to hit things like Lead Machamp and for more STAB.

That's it, hope this helps.
