No EQ's here!

I thought of making a party where Earthquake did nothing to hurt my pokemon. Here it is:

Gengar (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Focus Blast
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball
- Hypnosis

Takes down or cripples every common lead but Tyranitar.
---
Forretress (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP/126 Atk/126 Def
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Gyro Ball
- Spikes
- Rapid Spin

Rapid Spinner for my team. Yes, he can be hit by Earthquake, but his defenses are so high that it doesnt matter.
---
Azelf @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 52 HP/252 Spd/200 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Flamethrower
- Grass Knot
- Psychic
- Nasty Plot

Sweeper number One- Without Blissey/ Snorlax stopping it, this can sweep teams with ease. Only things that stop it are Dugtrio and Celebi, and arguably Cresselia.
---
Gyarados (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 72 HP/252 Atk/186 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang

Sweeper number two- After a Dragon Dance, this is stopped by none. No Taunt, as it is not as effective without it being a lead.
---
Salamence (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 76 Atk/252 Spd/76 SAtk
Rash nature (+SAtk, -SDef)
- Draco Meteor
- Dragon Claw
- Flamethrower
- Brick Break

Counters Dragons for my team. Flamethrower for Steels, and Intimidate fouls up teams.
---
Weavile (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Brick Break
- Ice Shard
- Pursuit
- Night Slash

Revenge Killer. Went with Night Slash for more damage, and Ice Shard for DDmence and Dragonite. Stops Dugtrio as well.
---

Well, what do you think? The big problem pokemon are Raikou, Suicune, and Celebi so far. Any advice?

For gengar, make sure you'll be able to take down a standard yanmega. It would use protect for a free speed boost to outspeed your gengar, than hypnosis followed by a 2-3-4 KO with air slash. Consider switching a sleep absorber to counter. Gyradoes might be an effective lead, but that is your choosing. Gengar is actually a bad lead (well, serebii says)

I'd go with Focus Sash on Azelf to guarantee a NP. Leftovers is kinda wasted on Azelf. You could also consider Deoxys-E as a revenge killer instead of Weavile. Hid pursuit is weaker, but he hits far more thing super effective and you aren't limited to one move. Plus you loose the SR weakness.
