Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

- Taunt

Yay for Gyarados! Heavy Damage to pokemon, and can lead to a sweep.

Forretress (M) @ Leftovers

Team Rapid Spinner/ Weavile/ Heracross Counter.

EVs: 106 Atk/152 Spd/252 SAtk
Mild nature (+SAtk, -Def)
- Cross Chop
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Flamethrower

The counterpart to Gyarados, this breaks down walls with ease (though not as well as Mixnape)
---
Weavile (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 40 HP/252 Atk/216 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)

Azelf @ Leftovers

EVs: 26 HP/220 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Flamethrower
- Grass Knot
- Nasty Plot
- Psychic

NPzelf, heavy damage to everything. Will replace this if there is a better option.
---
Heracross (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Stone Edge
- Pursuit
- Megahorn
- Close Combat

Takes down a lot of the same things as Heracross, but Stone Edge/ Megahorn means he kills Gyarados, Weavile, and functions as a team smasher. Also has Guts for extra fun.

Any advice?

Problem Pokemon-
Mixnape- Azelf, Heracross
Cresselia- Weavile, Heracross, Gyarados (w/o Charge Beam)
Tyranitar- Weavile, Heracross
Dragons- Weavile, (Heracross/Forretress if desperate)
Heatran- Gyarados, Heracross (unless Choice Scarf), Weavile.
Togekiss- Weavile, Heracross
Lucario- Weavile, Heracross, Gyarados, Electivire
Gyarados- Heracross, Electivire, Azelf
Heracross- Heracross
Suicune- Azelf, Gyarados (Taunt), Electivire
Gengar- Weavile, Heracross,

That problem list should not be anywhere near that big, as you have decent counters to most of them.

MixApe-Gyrados handle it nicely, but only temporarily
Cresselia-Heracross and Weavile both do a nice job
Tyranitar-Yes, you have a problem here
Dragons-Ice Shard easily revenges
Heatran-Gyrados, not so much the other 2
Togekiss-Flinchhax gives you trouble if you predict wrong, but Electivire does ok here
Lucario-SD Luke will rape you, although Gyrados can get in the way for a while
Gyrados-If this gets a DD your in some deep trouble
Heracross-Same boat as SD Luke
Suicune-Gyrados an ok job
Gengar-2 faster Pusuits spells doom for Gengar

So overall you have weaknesses to Tyranitar, Togekiss, Gyrados, Lucario, and Heracross. You rely on Gyrados to even have a fighting chance against the fighters and alot of other threats.

Give Gyados Stone Edge>Earthquake for better coverage.

Weavile wants those HP EV's taken out of Attack to avoid being outrun by other Base 120's, as does Azelf.

I recommend Starmie>Forretress because it does a much better job Spinning, counters Gyrados and Infernape better, and takes the burden of 3 Fire weaks off Gyrados who is weak to SR.

Take your pick of 2 from your sweepers to give this team a bit more Bulk and possibly Wish support, depending on which way you go. You kind of need a defensive Rock resist, which is why CB Tar rips you into many pieces.

- Forretress is good though, as he resists Heracross' attacks, does considerable damage to Tyranitar, and can stop Gengar, Lucario in tracks.
-Why does CB Tar rip me to bits? Heracross and Weavile are both capable of doing a lot of damage to him with their respective fighting moves. While both of these will die if they do not OHKO, Forretress could do damage to Tyranitar and do enough to ensure that the revenge is possible, but Starmie does not do much with Surf.
-Starmie with Ice Beam/ Thunderbolt?
-I agree with Gyarados completely
- What should I do with Heracross/ Lucario? while Heracross can kill both, that is bad, because I am not sure if Extremespeed + Life Orb + Sword Dance kills Heracross.
-Also, why doesnt Togekiss die to Weavile? While I know Aura Sphere is bad, but the typical Flinchax will die to an Ice Shard, Choice Band, STAB Weavile wont it?

As other people have said, CBTar picks off your team slowly and painfully, as you rely on revenge killing it (Tyranitar won't stay in when you send Heracross or Weavile).
Also, Forry isn't a Heracross counter per the definition of a counter, as it cannot threaten Heracross upon switching in. And it cannot take repeated Close Combats.
Code:
Scarfcross Close Combat vs Max/Max Forretress:34-40%
Bandcross Close Combat vs Max/Max Forretress:50-59%
Easy 2HKO with CB, and a 3HKO with Scarf that can be turned into 2HKO with spikes/SR. And don't even think about surviving SDFlame Orb ones.

The only Pokémon that can take some hits on the team are Gyarados (who has switching problems due to SR) and Forretress (who lacks recovery).
I'd suggest changing Forry to a spinner Starmie and Heracross to a defensive Hariyama or bulky Machamp to help with the Tyranitar weakness.

Oh and CBWeavile Ice Shard only does 62% max to 252HP Togekiss with Neutral def nature. Not even Stealth Rock guarantees the kill.

Thanks. So What about the Sleep Talking Machamp for Tyranitar counter, with stone edge it stops Togekiss, and heracross.?

Sleep Talk Machamp/Hariyama deal with Tyranitar but not Togekiss, as they are slower and fear Air Slash. You'd have to pick off Togekiss on the switch. And even then, it can still Roost away damage.

Gliscor easily takes SD Lucario and any Choiced Heracross, but struggles with the uncommon SDFlameOrb variants. It also walls CB Tar decently as Stone Edge won't OHKO and Gliscor's faster Roost buys him a Rock resist and Crunch fails to 2HKO as well, but be careful as Boah's Ice Beam is a OHKO. With Ice Fang, it serves as a decent Physical Dragon counter too.

Electivire will do decently against Togekiss, as it is immune to Thunder Wave, is faster and resists Air Slash, but won't be a permenant solution.

Also, when rating your team earlier I missed your SpecsMence weak, as Draco Meteor OHKO's everything, save Forretress who is OHKO'd by Fire Blast and is being replaced.
