I think there is't a perfect team, a team has everytime a weak at the u-turn,weather,baton pass,stall,...
But i want to create a team who can defeat the mainly strategy!
I fail in the intent but i make a semi-good team(in my opinion lol), first of all i think the most diffused strategy are volt-turn and dragon spam(scizor and nite are the first in the top ou), now i think who abomasnow+skarmory can block this two strategy, for example abomasnow can hit hard the dragons with ice shard and skarmory can resist its attacks, and skarmory with the rocky helmet can destruct scizor and abomasnow can resist the rotom-w volt switch.
Now i think at the weathers and with aboma for the weathers war i need a spinner, i choose starmie for its speed, and because can stop many dragons before the set up with blizzard.
Now i'm very weak to a normal tyranitar with fire blast+crunch, for this reason i insert terrakion in its banded version for a immediatly power.
I need a way to block the baton pass and the sun teams, i decide to use heatran, but the good baton pass can win easy against me.
I haven't got a good priority and for this i insert Scizor, who can help me very much against sand team(2hko against landorus who can't ohko me with eq).

The speed is the rest after the breakpoint on the def, stealth rock because it haven't time to set the spikes, is only a switch in for scizor and other physical treaths(gliscor for example), roost is the recovery and brave bird for do some damage.
